  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　コンデンサ用電極と配線用導体とより成る複数の導
    電層ネットワークと複数の誘電体層との積層焼結体であ
    って、その外周部に前記導電層ネットワークの引出端を
    有する積層焼結体、及び前記引出端に電気的に接続する
    ように前記外周部に形成された外部端子より成り、前記
    外部端子は、銀又は銀合金層の上に電気めっき金属層を
    形成したものであることを特徴とする積層コンデンサネ
    ットワーク。 ２　電気めっき層は、銅層、ニッケル層、及び夕５層を
    この順に形成したものである第１項記載の積Ｎコンデン
    サネットワーク。
