Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　フェライトで構成されたつつみ状（ドラム状）コア
    にコイルを巻装してなるインダクタンスにおいて、該コ
    アの両側の鍔に少なくとも一平坦面を形成し、該平坦面
    に電極用導電膜を形成したことを特徴とするインダクタ
    ンス素子。 ２　前記インダクタンス素子において、前記両側の鍔に
    コイルからの引き出し線を接続する電極が前記平坦面の
    導電膜とが電気的に接続されているようにした実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載のインダクタンス素子。 ３　前記インダクタンス素子において、フェライトと電
    極上の間に５１０２等の絶縁膜が介在している実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載のインダクタンス
    素子。 ４　前記インダクタンス素子において、電極膜がスパッ
    タリングによって形成された膜である実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項、第２項又は第３項記載のインダクタンス
    素子。
