Claims (1)
- 半導体素子の背面およびこの半導体素子がダイボンディ
ングされる部分に、半田との濡れ性に優れた相互に同一
形状の金属層をそれぞれ設け、かつ前記両金属層を介し
て半田によりグイボンディングすることを特徴とする半
導体装置。
