Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は頁開した状態で立て置くことができるようにし
た新規のバインダー、ファイル等綴込用具に関するもの
であって、バインダー）ノアイル等の綴込用具本体イの
背版１の外側に二つ折り自在の背凭部材２を設け、この
背凭部材２の下端を背版１の下端に着脱不能に止着する
と共に背凭部材２の上端に掛フック９を、背版１の上縁
に問掛フック９の引掛受縁１０を、更に背版１の中間個
所に問掛フック９の引掛受孔１１・・・の数段を夫々設
けたことを要旨とするものである。
本考案は斜上の通りであるので通常は掛フック９を引掛
受縁１０に係止して背凭部材２を背版１の外側に格納し
、バインダー、ファイル等の綴込用具本体イを頁開した
状態で立て置く場合は掛フック９を引掛受孔１１・・・
に択一的に係止することによって背凭部材２をくの字状
とし当該背凭部材２の下半部分２′および綴込用本体イ
の衣服Ｉの下辺縁を所要の個所に着地して同綴込用具本
体イを同個所に立てて置く等の用法に供し得て極めて便
利であるに勿論であるが、特に本考案に於ては背凭部材
２の上端に掛フック９を、渣た背版１の中間個所に問掛
フック９の引掛受孔１１・・・を設けるようにしたので
公知の雌雄のホックを用いる形式のもハに比して構成が
簡単であって製作が簡易であり、更に背版１の上縁に背
凭部材２上端の掛フック９の引掛受縁１０を形成したの
で両者を係合することによって問掛フック９の外辺を以
て背版１の上縁を他物との直接的衝突を阻止し回部に於
て瀕度の高いこのような原因による損傷を確実に防止し
得る等の諸効果がある。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. バインダー、ファイル等の綴込用具本体イの背版１の外
    側に二つ折り自在の背凭部材２を設げ、この背凭部材２
    の下端を背版１の下端に着脱不能に止着すると共に背凭
    部材２の上端に掛フック９を、背版１の上縁に問掛フッ
    ク９の引掛受縁１０を、更に背版１の中間個所に問掛フ
    ック９の引掛受孔１１・・・の数段を夫々設けて成るバ
    インダー、ファイル等綴込用具。
