Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は例えばコンプレッサーの内部部品などに用いら
れる樹脂気密合わせ動部材の接合爆着の方法並びにその
方法の実施に使用する装置に関する。
従来、樹脂気密合わせ動部材の気密一体化の手段とし工
、l(+溶剤による溶で方法、(I:11熱板による溶
着方法、(ハ)超音波による接谷方法などが実施されて
いる。
ところがまずイ)の方法は、溶剤の効かない樹脂例えば
ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリ7セタール、ポリア
ミド、ポリエチレン等の結晶性樹脂には適用できないこ
と、lplは熱板J、9接合面を引り、内側に出たとぎ
は阪器類の流動障害の原因となる欠陥を有し、(ハ)は
接合部が水平滑面でないと利用できないと共にイJ 、
 lrI+に比べ信頼度が低(・と(15μ点がある。
本発明は従来の技術が孕むか〜る難点を克服するために
なされたもので、熱風噴射という全く新らしい手段を提
供しようとするものである。
以下その詳細を述べると、第1図に不すような樹脂気密
合わせ部材(IIと(2)をそれらの接合面(1a)+
 (2a) において気密一体化するのであるが、本発
明はまず両者(1)と(2)の接合面(la) 、 (
2a)を接合させた上、適当な挾圧具により両側から圧
着した状態におく。そしてその接合F!ll J K熱
風な局部的に吹付ける。
熱風の温度と圧力の関係及び吹(−Jけ時間は、もとよ
り樹脂δ材質によつ℃異るが、一般的に(・つて風圧が
高すぎると熔解した接合部分が吹飛んでしまうおそれが
あり、また低すぎれば時間がか〜す、樹脂によっては熔
岩力を失う。囚みにボリズチレンテレフタレー) (P
BT)の合わせ物IBi 祠について実験の結果、温度
390℃前後、圧力I K9、時間5秒で良好な成果が
得られた。
か(して吹イづけを終了したら、挟着具より外し工自然
冷却に付し、熔岩を完了する。
本発明による爆着乞より効果的にまた美麗に行うために
は、第2図に示すように接合面(la) 、 (2a)
の周縁に熔けしろUb) 、 (2b)を設ける。即ち
これによっ℃接合r@5の熔岩力を増大させるとともに
母体への溶解損傷を防ぐことができる。
次に以上の本発明方法を実施するための装置を第3図乃
至第5図に、、J:って示す。
即ち(3)が所定位置に固定した熱風噴射器で、内部に
熱風空間(4)とヒーター(5)を設け、外部に樹脂気
密合わせ動部材の接合線に倣う+1/!V風噴射口(6
;を開口しである。七し又その熱風噴射口(6)K向う
軌;)u (m 3図では案内レール(7)、第4図で
は回転送り盤(81)上に合わせ動部材の接合部Jを両
側から挟着する挟圧具(9)を塔載し℃、その接合部J
χ挾挟圧(91共々熱凧唄射口(6)に密間隔に接近で
きるようにし℃構成される。
つま9挾圧具(9)に挾猾された合わせ動部材の接合部
Jが、WY凧噴射口(61K密間隔に臨んだ時点で、熱
μz5噴射R1! +、’llが作動して、ilfm 
’AA 適圧の熱風が定時間接合部Jに局部的に吹けけ
られる(第5図)。
この装置の運転即ち挟圧具(9)の進スハ及び熱風噴射
器に1jの作動は手動に、r、ることもできろが、11
産の目的からは自動制御に、J:ろことが望ましい。
なお、図面中(10)は挟圧具(9)の締イルバー、(
11)はヒーター配線、 (12)はエアー管である。
不発明方法は以上のようで、樹脂合わせ動部材を接合挟
圧状態におい℃接合部のみへ局部的に熱風吹付はン行う
ものであるから、きわめて効果的且つ迅速に、母体に損
傷な巧え)、)ことなく外側・内側共に美麗に熔岩する
ことができ、その熔岩力も熱爆着の一種であるからきわ
めて強力である。
前記した溶剤の効かないPUTその他各棟の結晶性樹脂
等も難な(熔岩することができる1、従っ1耐熱度が要
求される樹脂気密合わせ動部材の材質として、これら樹
脂の積極的利用の道を拓くものである。
装置とじ又も比較的簡単で設備費用も少(て済むから経
済的である。
