装置の側断面図、第２図は第１図の線■−Ｈに沿った断
面図、第３図は第１図の一部の拡大図であって前爪及び
後爪の動きを示す図、第４図は第１図の装置の動作説明
図である。 １：カートンホッパ、２：取出し機構、３：コンベア、
３０：チェーン、３４：前爪、３５：後爪、４２ニガイ
ドレール、５：折ぐせ除去機ｍ、５１゜５２：規制レー
ル、５３：規制通路、５４：ストッパ、５７：傾斜レー
ル。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）所定の径路に沿って巡回移動する無端軌条に傾到
    可能な低い前爪と高い後爪とを交互に所定の間隔で取り
    付け、該前、後両爪の進行方向に沿ってカートンを案内
    するガイドレールを設け、該ガイドレール下流端には互
    いに所定の間隔で上下に隔てられた上、下規制レールを
    続けて設けて該ガイドレール上を送られたカートンを上
    下両規制レール間で逆回させ、該ガイドレールと規制レ
    ールとの接続部近傍には該ガイドレールの案内面より上
    方又は下カに突出又は退避可能な傾斜レールと該ガイド
    レール上を移送されるカートンの先端部と係合するスト
    ッパと、該ストッパに当って開箱状態になったカートン
    の土壁を進行方向とは逆に押す押え部材とを設けたこと
    を特徴とした折畳みカートンの折りぐせ除去移送装置。
  2. （２）該カートンレール３６に真空源に接続される真空
    穴を設け、ホッパから取り出されたカートンを吸着保持
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲１に記載の折畳みカートン
    の折りぐせ除去移送装置。
