Claims (1)
- 表面に配線パターンを有する電気絶縁性の基板と、前記
基板表面と表面がほぼ同一面となる様埋め込まれた電子
部品と、接続パターンを有し、−かつ前記電子部品の電
極及び基板の配線パターンの各々に対応する様装置され
た結合部を有する絶縁シートからなり、前記電極と配線
パターンは各々絶縁シートの結合部と電気的に結合され
ている事を特徴とする電子装置。
