Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、現場コンクリート打ちの際には堰板として使
用し、且つ施行後はそのまま室内の壁体を構成する、現
場コンクリート打ち用の複合断熱板の接合構造に関する
ものである。
従来、合成樹脂発泡体を芯材として積層された断熱パネ
ルの接合部に凹溝を対向して形成させ、その凹溝に跨っ
て接合体を嵌合して断熱パネルを接合する工法が知られ
ている。
しかしながら、この接合部は合成樹脂発泡体の断熱材部
分を切欠し、該個所に断熱性能の劣る接合体を嵌合施工
しているので使用断熱材の性能をフルに発揮していると
は言えない、さらに、合成樹脂発泡体は比較的脆弱で、
硬質の接合体を嵌合しても充分な接合強度が得られない
等の欠点があった。
本考案は、上記欠点のない断熱板の接合構造である。
即ち、合成樹脂発泡体の断熱材と厚目の表面材とからな
る複合断熱板であって、かつ該表面材の対向部にやとい
実構造をもつことを特徴とする現場コンクリート打ち用
複合断熱板を内容とする。
以下に詳細説明する。
断熱材１としては、ポリスチレンホーム、ポリウレタン
フォーム、ポリエチレンフオーム等の通常の合成樹脂発
泡体が採用される。
本考案においては、この断熱材の部分を切欠加工して接
合構造を形成させるという従来法と異なり、断熱材の部
分には一切接合構造を形成させない。
表面材２としては、合板、バードボード、スレート等が
あるが、要するに断熱材と接着して使用出来る板状の建
築用資材であれば何でもよい。
表面材の厚さは、例えば合板を使用する場合は、通常の
ベニヤ板のうち比較的厚目のもの、実用上、例えば５ｍ
ｍ以上のものが好んで用いられる。
他の表面材を使用する場合でも、比較的厚目のものの方
が接合構造を形成させる点からみて加工が容易である。
本考案においては、この表面材の部分に接合構造を形成
させるのが特色の一つである。
接合は公知のやとい実が採用され表面材の対向部に共に
凹部を形成させ、この凹部に接合体３を用いて接合する
ことができる。
断熱材と表面材とは、常法により、接着剤等を用いて重
合、積層させて複合断熱板を得ることができる。
本考案の複合断熱板は、上記の通り、断熱材と表面材と
からなる積層板であって、その表面材の対向部にやとい
実接合構造を形成させたものであるから、断熱材は一切
切欠することがなく断熱性能をフルに発揮させることが
でき、また表面材の接合部に予め直接接合構造を形成さ
せるので生産の合理化にも役立つものである。
更に、本考案の複合断熱板を現場コンクリート打ちの際
の堰板として建込む場合、表面材部分の接合構造をやと
い実にしているので、複合板に反り等が生じていても、
複合板を建てかけた後、接合体を挿入でき、施工がしや
すい、また目違いが生じにくい等の利点を有する。
更に、本考案の複合板は、コンクリ−１〜打ちの際の堰
板として使用され、打設後はそのまま室内の壁体を構威
し、内接面に断熱材を介在させるので結露の防止が効果
的である。
