Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はケーブル、導線、ホースなどを通すための中空
シリンダー状取付は管及び圧縮作用によってケーブルな
どを取付は管中に固定するため取付は管に螺合する袋ナ
ツトを具備した前記ケーブル、導線、ホースなどの保持
装置に係わる。
ケーブル、導線、ホースなどのような多くの場合可撓性
の製品を保持する頭書のような装置として既に種々のも
のが公知である。
これらは例えばケーブルや導線を巨体から引出すと同時
にシール効果を得るのに利用される。
しかしこのような公知の保持装置ではケーブルなどを引
張り力から確実に保護することができない。
そこでケーブル保持装置、特にねじ式ケーブル固定装置
に、固定すべきケーブルなどを引張り力に対して緊締す
るため例えば金属やプラスチックから戒るケーブルスリ
ーブまたはクランプ帯のような特殊な部材を組込むこと
が提案されている。
しかし、引張り力からの保護には多数の部材が必要であ
り、従って組立てにかかる時間が長く、貯蔵が煩雑にな
る。
しかもこれらの部材は紛失し易い。
クランプ帯を利用して引張り力から保護する際には局所
的に高い圧力がかかるからケーブルの絶縁性を損う危険
が伴ない、従って使用者は電流が流れている部内に触れ
る危険性に脅かされることになる。
クランプ帯を確実にプラスチックで形成することでこの
危険を防止できるが、クランプ帯を締めるのに必要な突
出ねじでけがをする危険がある。
さらに、公知のケーブル保持装置、特にねじ式ケーブル
固定装置には構造が複雑で、スペースを広くとり、部品
が紛失し易いと云う欠点がある。
しかもねじ式ケーブル固定装置の場合袋ナツトと取付は
管との相対回動を確実に防止できない。
本考案の目的は構造が極めて簡単であると同時にケーブ
ル、導線、ホース、その弛緩または綱状物品を確実にシ
ールしながら引張りから保護することのできる特にねじ
式ケーブル固定装置方式の保持装置を提供することにあ
る。
さらに本考案のねじ式ケーブル固定装置は袋ナツトの回
動を確実に防止することをも目的とするものである。
本考案ではこの目的を取付は管の袋ナツトと連携する側
に、斜行するスリットにより分離された多数のクランプ
片を該取付は管と一体に形成し、かつ袋ナツトの軸線に
対し斜めに走る溝または歯を袋ナツトの内面に形成して
、袋ナツトを取付は管に螺合すると前記斜行するスリッ
トにより互いに分離された多数のクランプ片の先端と袋
ナツトの内面に形成され斜めに走る溝または歯が共働し
て取付は管および袋ナツト間の回動防止機構として作用
するとともに、クランプ片とケーブルなどの間に中空シ
リンダー状シールを配置し、クランプ片によって前記シ
ールがケーブルなどに圧接させられるようにすることで
遠戚する。
すなわち、本考案のねじ式ケーブル等固定装置では圧力
部材を取付は管の外側螺条に螺合させることのできる袋
ナツトとして構威し、袋ナラ１へ内面にクランプ片と係
合自在な溝、歯などを形成し、これにより袋ナツトが意
図に反して回動するのを阻止することによって回動防止
の利点が得られる。
以下添付図面に従って従って本考案の好ましい実施例を
説明する。
第１図及び第２図に図示する中空シリンダー状の取付は
管１は強靭で弾性的なプラスチック、特に（ナイロン６
のような）ポリアミドから戒る。
取付は管１は第２図において左側に外側螺条２と、巨体
などの壁１４（第５図）に取付ける際に必要な六角形の
圧接フランジ３とを具備する。
フランジ３に続いて袋ナツト９ （第３図、第４図及び
第５図）を螺着するための外側螺条４が形成されている
。
第１図及び第２図に図示したように、取付は管１に一体
にかつ同軸状に複数のクランプ片６を形成している。
該クランプ片６は外側螺条４にまで達しかつ斜行するス
リット５によって互いに分離されている。
なお、本考案のクランプ片は、第１図に明らかに示され
ている斜行するスリット５により互いに分離されている
ことをその特徴の１つとしている。
クランプ片６及びスリット５は交互に配列され、全体で
把持帯７を構威し、この把持帯内側にこれと同軸に中空
シリンダー状のシール８を挿着しである。
第２図から明らかなように、取付は管１はクランプ片６
の基部にシール８をフオーム係合させるためのバックテ
ーパーを具備している。
このバックテーパーとクランプ片６とによってシール８
は脱落しないように保持される。
第３図及び第４図に図示したキャップナツト状の袋ナツ
ト９は取付は用の六角フランジ１０と、袋ナツト９を外
側螺条４に螺着するための内側螺条１１とを含む。
袋ナツト９の前記フランジ１０とは反対側の内面はアー
チ状または円錐台状に構威してあり、後述のようにクラ
ンプ片６と共働する。
この内面にはナツト軸心に対して斜めに走る溝または歯
１３を設け、クランプ片６の端部と共動させることによ
り取付は管１とナツト９との間に回動が起こらないよう
にする。
ここに、第４図に示すように、袋ナツト９の内面に斜め
に走る溝または歯１３を設けることは、本考案の特徴の
１つである。
第５図に図示の中空シリンダー状取付は管１は連結用螺
条２を介して厘体１４の壁に固定されており、圧接フラ
ンジ３を壁に圧接してロックナツト１５でロックされて
いる。
中間部の外側螺条４に袋ナツト９を螺合することにより
画部分１及び９を結合させ、クランプ片６を傾斜または
アーチ状湾曲受は面、１２を形成する袋ナツト内面と当
接させ、袋ナツト９の螺着にともなって徐々に装置中心
にむかってファン状に移動させる。
このように構成したから、クランプ片６の端部によって
形成された把持帯７は装置に挿入されたケーブル１６の
周りに圧接され、ケーブルは引張り力から保護される。
同時に嵌着されている中空シリンダー状のシール８がケ
ーブルに圧接して所期のシール効果を与える。
斜行するスリットにより互いに分離して、ファン状に互
いに部分的にオーバラップするようにクランプ片６を構
成したから、袋ナツトの螺着により互いに部分的にオー
バラップしかつ溝または歯１３に対応する域に摩擦また
はフオーム係合制止部が形成され、歯の個々のセグメン
ト１７がこれと係合する。
即ち、把持帯７は第５図図示の状態で引張り力からの保
護だけでなく、袋ナツト９の回動防止の手段をも構成す
る。
圧縮フランジ３と厘体４の壁との間をも確実にシールす
るため、壁に圧接するフランジ３の面に第６図から第９
図に図示するようなシール形部材２５を設ける。
このシール形部材は丸いか、四角かまたは三角形の断面
形状を有する同心関係の環状シール助材２６．２７．２
８または２９であればよく、断面が梯形であってもよい
。
第１図に図示した実施例ではクランプ片６が比較的幅の
広いスリット５によって分離されている。
このようなスリットの代りに切込みまたは細いスリット
を設け、袋ナツト９を螺着する際に第１図及び第２図に
図示した実施例の場合よりも早くクランプ片がオーバラ
ップし始めるように構成してもよい。
この場合、把持帯７ （第１及び第２図）は概ねシリン
ダー状の輪廓を呈する。
受は面１２として作用する傾斜したまたはアーチ状に湾
曲した袋ナツト内面と係合すると、このシリンダーは円
錐状に変形する（第５図）。
さらに本考案の他の実施態様として、クランプ片６の端
部に最初から円錐台状の輪廓を与え、これを袋ナツト６
内面のシリンダー状受は面と共働させ、クランプ片の最
初から円錐台状に形成された端部をケーブル１６に圧接
させるようにしてもよい。
ここで本考案によって得られる利点をあらためて要約す
る。
本考案装置の製造コストは極めて僅かでよい。
場所を取らず、短かい軸方向ねし行程で種々の太さのケ
ーブルを保持することができる。
電気的絶縁及び機械的負荷容量に関してもその実用の条
件を満たし得るものである。
クランプ片はケーブルを傷めずに把持できる。
軸方向逆圧下でクランプ片は互いにオーバラップするか
ら広いクランプ域が得られる。
クランプ片は中空シリンダー状シールを固定し、心合わ
せする作用をも果すから、シールの脱落が防止される。
クランプ片はまた袋ナツトの回動を防止する手段として
も作用する。
本考案装置は極めて僅かな部分から戊るので組立てが容
易であり、同時に貯蔵も簡単である。
クランプ片によって得られる引張り力からの保護は損傷
の危険を伴なわない。
圧接フランジにシール形材を組込んであるからこの筒部
に特別なシール素子を設ける必要がない。
これも貯蔵を簡単にする要因である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ケーブル、導線、ホースなどを通すための中空シリ
    ンダー状取付は管及び圧縮作用によってケーブルなどを
    取付は管中に固定するため取付は管に螺合する袋ナラＩ
    ・を具備したケーブル、導線、ホースなどの保持装置に
    おいて、取付は管１の袋ナツト９と連携する側に、斜行
    するスノット５により互いに分離された多数のクランプ
    片６を該取付は管１と一体に形成し、かつ袋ナツト９の
    軸線に対し斜めに走る溝または歯１３を袋ナツト９の内
    面に形成して、袋ナツト９を取付は管１に螺合すると前
    記斜行するスリットにより互いに分離された多数のクラ
    ンプ片６先端と袋ナツト９の内面に形成され斜めに走る
    溝または歯１３とが共働して取付は管１および袋ナツト
    ９間の回動防止機構として作用するようになし、更にク
    ランプ片６とケーブル１６などとの間に中空シリンダー
    状シール８を配置してクランプ片６によって前記シール
    ８をケーブル１６などに圧接させるようにしたことを特
    徴とする保持装置。 ２ 強靭な弾性的プラスチック、特にポリアミドで形成
    したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の装置。 ３ 前記多数のクランプ片６が環状にかつ同軸状に取付
    は管１に配置されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の装置。 ４ 中空シリンダー状シール８がエラストマー材から成
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から
    第３項までのいずれか一項記載の装置。 ５ 袋ナツト９の内面がアーチ状または円錐台状であり
    、クランプ片６によって構成される取付は管１の把持帯
    ７が実質的にシリンダー状輪郭を有していることを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第４項までの
    いずれか１項記載の装置。 ６ 取付は管１にシール形材２５を具えた圧接フランジ
    ３を形成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項から第５項までのいずれか１項記載の装置。 ７ シール形材２５が断面形状が丸いか、四角かまたは
    三角である同心シール助材２６．２７．２８．２９を含
    むことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第６項に記
    載の装置。
