    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 吸引負荷による吸引流量の変動を補正するエアサンプリ
    ングポンプにおいて、直流モーターに直列に接続した抵
    抗素子（電流センサー）と流量設定器との間に、電位勾
    配設定器を設置し、抵抗素子の両端における電圧降下か
    ら負荷電流の変動を検知し、演算増巾器によって該負荷
    電流の大きさに応じて直流モーターへの印加電圧を自動
    的に補正、コントロールして定流量を保持することを特
    徴とするエアサンプリングポンプ。
