Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の利用分野〕 本宅ψＪは、屋外形防音カバーにおいて、雨が防音カバ
ーに入るのを防ぐようにした屋外形防音カバーに関する
ものである。
〔発明の背景〕
従来の圧酪機用屋外形防音カバーを第１図、第２・閑、
第３図に示す。１は圧縮機とモータ、２は圧縮空気を冷
却するクーラー、３は防音カバー内を換気するためのシ
ロッコファン、４はシロッコファン、駆動相のモータ、
５は内部ダクト、６は防音カバーで、これら全体を凌っ
ている。
このような構造の場合、３の７０ツコフアンにて１及込
むため、パッケージ内が負圧となり、６の防音カバー内
継目、また７のドアーにノくツキンキを入れシールして
も、雨が内部に入り込む欠点があった。
〔発明の目的〕
本発明は前記の欠点を改良し、防音カバーの継目、また
ドアーのシール部分から雨が吸込まれるのを防止し、屋
外形防音カバーの耐候１生能を高めることを目的とする
ものである。
〔発明の峨要〕
本発明は防音カバーの上部を屓うように屋根カバーを設
け、この屋根カバーを排気ダクトとして兼用したもので
ある。
〔発明の実施例〕
以下、第４図、第５図、第６図に本発明による一実施ｆ
ｌｕｅ説明する。
図において、１４は防音カバー６を＜Ｉｆうように設け
られた屋根カバーで、この屋根カバー１４は、内部に空
間を持たせ、防音カバー６に、台１５を介して固定され
ている。この空間を排気ダクトとして利用し、防音カバ
ー６と屋根カバー１４との間を適当なＶｉＡ間を設ける
ことにより、ここから排気用空気が排気されるため、防
音カバー６の壁に沿ってエアーカーテンができ、雨の場
合直接防音カバーに触れることがなくなるので、防音カ
バー６の、株間、またはドアーのシール部分からの雨の
１及込を防ぐ効果がある。
１だ、夏場等における太陽の直射日光を直接受けること
がないので、防音カバー内の温度上昇がなくなり、夏場
でもクーラーの冷却能力を向上させる効果がある。
〔発明の効果〕
以上説明したように本発明によれば、エアーカーテン有
効に働くため、雨の吸込みを防ぐことができるとともに
、屋根カバーと防音カバーとの間に空間があるので、夏
場等における太陽の直射日光を直以受けることがないの
で、防音カバー内の１、！ｉｉ度上昇がなくなり、屋外
形防音カバーの耐候性を大幅に向上することができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. パッケージ形屋外防音カバーにおいて、防音カバーの上
    部に排気ダクトを兼ねた屋根カバーを設け、排気にエア
    ーカーテン効果を持たせたことを特徴とする屋外形防音
    カバー。
