第１図は、チューブレス式ラジアルカーカスタイヤのビ
ードの横断面図。第２図は、金属製単一カーカスプライ
を有するラジアルタイヤのビードの横断面図。第３図は
、チクシタイルカ−カスプライを有し２つのビードコア
を有する型式のラジアルタイヤのビードの横断面図であ
る。 １：ビードコア、２：カーカス、３．３’　、３″：充
填材、４：補強素子。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 金属製ワイヤから成る１以上のビードコアから成るビー
    ドと、該ビードコアのまわりで折返された折返し部を有
    するカーカス布プライから成るラジアルカーカスと、各
    ビードコア上に配置されほぼ細長い三角形状の横断面を
    有する充填材と、実質上金属コード布のストリップから
    成りビードに対してタイヤ軸方向外側の区域に位置しし
    かも前記のカーカスの折返し部の外側に位置しかつギー
    ドコアの高さに位置した地点から車輪のリムフランジの
    外側地点及び前記折返し部の端部まで半径方向に延びた
    １以上の補強素子とから成る乗り物車輪用の空気入りタ
    イヤにおいて、 前記補強素子に対面する前記充填材の部分が、７０度な
    いし８０度のショアＡ硬さを有しかつ１００％伸びで６
    ５ないし８５ｋｇ／ｃｍの弾性係数を有する化合物でで
    きており、前記補強素子が伸び率の大きいラング撚りの
    金属コードから実質上成っており、該補強素子の剛性が
    該コード布内の１ｃｍ当りのコード数及びタイヤの円周
    方向に対する該コードの傾斜角を選択することにより与
    えられ、該傾斜角が１５°ないし４５°の角度範囲内に
    あり、全体を通じての前記充填材の剛性値と該補強素子
    の剛性値とが一緒に組合わさって実質上連続的に漸次変
    化する合計の剛性を有するビードを形成していることを
    特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
