Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　半導体ウェハを収納し、これに洗浄等の処理を施す
    半導体ウェハの洗浄装置において、容器本体１に回転自
    在に内蔵したターンテーブル４と、容器本体１の側壁２
    に沿ってターンテーブル４上に形設したフレーム５と、
    一端をフレーム５に水平軸６て軸支し、他端を水平位置
    まで振り上げ自在に吊り下げるとともに、上面を開口し
    てウェハキャリア７を収納するクレードル８と、容器本
    体１の側壁２外周に軸９で軸着したアーム１０に、当該
    軸９を中心とする円弧上に所定の長さで突設し、容器本
    体１の側壁２に穿設した小孔１２に挿通した押し上げ杆
    １１とを有することを特徴とする半導体ウェハ洗浄装置
    。 ２　押し上げ杆１１が、先端にクレードル８背面と当接
    する摺動材１３を付設されてなる実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の半導体ウェハ洗浄装置。 ３　クレードル８が、容器本体１内においてフレーム５
    に内向きに複数吊り下げられてなる実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載または第２項記載の半導体ウェハ洗浄装
    置。
