Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、熱間金属成形加工用、と・くに熱間における
鋼板または形鋼の、圧延用の、たとえば継目無鋼管製造
の心金潤滑剤として用いる、固体の離型−潤滑剤に関す
る。
無切削□金、属加工に、ガラス、塩およ・び黒鉛ベース
の層状潤滑剤または合成表面活性剤を含む水性乳液を、
離型−潤滑剤として使用することは知られている。 黒
鉛ベースの層状潤滑剤を除き、他のリベての潤、滑剤は
熱間鋼板圧延には使用できない。 ガラスまたはガラス
状・潤滑剤、は、被加工片の表面からほとんど剥離しな
いので、使用できない。 水溶液の形の潤滑剤と、して
の塩は、加]−品や機械に著しい腐食を招く。 潤滑−
・冷却液の使用は、液を循環させるために、液の冷却お
よび浄化用・の補助装置を必要とする。
当業者に既知のこれらの欠点を回避するために、[ソ連
の鉄鋼J 1974年2月153〜154頁、およびク
ミカル・アブス1〜ラク゛ン81巻(1974年)10
9・708Kに、団塊状の固体潤滑物質がRTh載され
た。 黒鉛ベースの固体団1鬼状潤滑剤は、粘土おJ:
び表面活性剤をも含み、装置によって鋼材圧延工場のグ
ーキング[]−ルに押イζ1けられ、ワーキング[1−
ル上に薄い潤滑剤膜が塗布される。
L、か(、メレン」、1〜ウブリツ■〕、アダムスキー
が[ソ連の鉄鋼J1979年1わ0月515〜519頁
で述べた欠点が、]−記の潤滑剤に依然として伴う。 
すなわち、516頁左段の記載によれば、潤滑剤の団挽
をロール1−に押(=Iりることにより(、ITI’−
ルの全幅と周囲に微細かつ均一な潤滑剤膜を得ることは
不可能であった。 このため[1−ルど鋼板の不均二な
表面荷重おにび圧延工程の不安定化が生じだ。
本発明の目的は、上)小の欠点がなく、熱間における鋼
板および形鋼の圧延ばかりでなく、イ…の用途、たとえ
ば連続またはビ°ルガー圧延機で継目ツ(1(m管を製
造するときの心金または心棒の潤滑にも使用できる、本
来固体であるが高温で軟化ないし融解する潤滑剤を提案
づることである。
この目的は、ざ発明に従って特許請求の範囲第1項に記
載の離型−潤滑剤によって達成される。
従っC本発明の離型−潤滑剤は、熱可塑性重合体よ夕よ
ぴ(または)共重合体とプラスチック用離型剤とを含む
阿1型−潤滑剤に対づる要求に従って、その他の添加物
を加えることもでさ・る。 そのような添加物は、固体
潤滑物質、潤滑剤、付着媒体、表面改良剤、繊維お1」
:び(または)粘土である。
聞1型−潤滑剤は、2秤類の熱可塑↑1重合体おにび(
または)共重合体を含むことが好ましい。
熱可塑性重合体および(または)共重合体どじで、ポリ
オレフィン、ビニル樹脂、アクリルおよびメタクリル樹
脂、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、熱可塑性ポリウレタン
、ポリオキシメチレン、ポリオキシエチレン、ポリオキ
シプロピレン、ポリカーボネーl〜、ポリ■−チルイミ
ド、ポリ酸化または硫化フェニル、熱可塑性セル[1−
ス誘導体また【j、炭化水素樹脂を、コないし90重晴
%の最で使用づることができる。  ′ □ ′□好ま
しい実施態様により2秤類の熱可塑性重合体および(ま
たは)共重合体を使用する場合は、重合体の分子構造自
体は等しいが、鎖長が異なるしのを用いてもよい。 そ
の−例は、ポリエチレン、クマ[lンーインデン樹脂、
炭化水素樹脂である1゜ 2f!i1頬の異なる重合体および(または)共重合体
の811の好適な混合物は、たとえばポリエチレンとポ
リイソブヂレン、およびポリメタクリル酸メチルとポリ
メタクリレ−1〜であるっ こ気らの重合体は元来相互
に相溶性がない。 相互に前溶↑1があると認められる
重合体または共重合体、たとえばボリスヂロールと2,
6−ジメチル−1,4−フエニレンーオキシドの混合物
がとくに好適であることが判明した。
本発明の前型−潤滑剤は、プラスチック用離型剤をも含
む。 離型剤として、脂肪酸、脂肪族アルコール、脂肪
族アミド、石けん、ろうまたはポリーLチレンワックス
を使用することができる。
イ」着媒体おにび(または)重合体または共重合□体軟
□化剤の雄刃11は□、金属面への付着を改屈し、混合
物の!11久化淘度を引下けようとするものであ、る。
通常はコロフAニウム誘導体、テルペン、樹脂または炭
化水素樹脂、クマロン−インデン樹脂およびプラスチッ
クスに慣用されているもの、・たとえば”Modern
 P、1astic  E ncyclopedia 
(198″3年)パに挙げられた軟化剤である。
離型−潤滑剤は、さらに固体潤滑物質を含むことが好ま
しい。 たとえばポリ四フッ化エチ、レン、フッ化カル
シウム、二硫化モリブデン、窒化ホウ素゛おにび、と(
に黒鉛が適当である。 この種の潤滑物質の効果は、そ
れ自体知られている。
固体潤滑物・質を離型−潤滑剤に分散させζ金属への付
着を増−リために、潤滑剤を添加することができる。 
潤滑剤は金属の、表、・面塑性化を生じ〔[レービンダ
ー効果J P 、 A、レービンダー、FD、スフキン
・、固体の変形と破壊゛の際の表面現象−表面の力学セ
ミナ・−I SMCM−C,N、R8,(1971年)
〕、それがI!i擦の際に低い摩耗係数をもたらし、ま
た表面の平滑化によって摩擦相手の低い、均一な摩耗を
もたらす。
h−1じ、理由から、好ましくtニジラン、j、たLj
ブタンICJ福の類の表面改良剤を使用7ることができ
る。
−例ど、して、アミノプロピルトリエトキシシランまた
はブ□タン酸イソプロピル1へリイソスデアリルを挙げ
ることができる。
端へ1!−潤滑剤により機械的強度の高い成形体をつく
ることができるように、ポリエチレン、ポリフ゛ロヒ゛
レン、ポリアミド、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリエステ
ルの類の繊1ti(t、戻素1 肩(1:たはガラス繊
維を混入することが好ましい。
粘土鉱物、たとえばカオリン、アルミナ、ベン1−ナイ
1−、タルクまたはバーミキュライトの類の可塑性無機
原料を添加することにJ、って、離型−潤滑剤の可塑性
と摩擦係数とを調節することができる。     ・ 熱間にお番プる411N板および形鋼の圧延用の離型−
ay+潰剤は、たとえば下記の割合の成分を有すること
ができる。
小合体およびくまたは)共重合体1ないし9゜手縫%、
離型剤1ないし70重量%、固体潤滑物貿90【[吊%
以下、湿潤剤10重母%以下、何着媒体70重個%以下

本発明による成分の混合物は、常温で固体であるat型
−潤滑剤でな(プればならない。 たとえば熱間鋼板n
延に使用する場合は熱いロールとの接触により、あるい
は継目無鋼管の製造の場合は熱い心金に接触して、離Q
lj−潤滑剤が軟化−すると、摩擦および(また(」)
融解によって、ロールまたは心金の十に、組成と厚みが
均質なλす膜が形成される。
この薄膜は、一方では耐水性があるから、ロールまた心
金の上を流れる多量の冷却水により■害。
されない。
他方では、薄膜が一方の【−1−ルから他方の[1−ル
をたやすく転移する。 たとえば熱間におりる鋼板また
は形鋼の圧延において、離型−潤滑剤をパックノアツブ
ロールが離型−潤滑剤をワーキングロールに転移さぜる
ことが可能であり、その場杏、常に組成と厚さが均一な
薄膜が維持される。
離型−潤滑剤をとくに心金潤滑剤として使用する揚台は
、固体1Ivl潰物質がこの回動な条(’l−のちとで
、たとえば高温高圧および工具と加工品の間の大きな摩
擦の°bとで、過度の負荷と応力が生じないことを保証
する。
離J、λ1(−潤滑剤は、1戊分をたとえば混練機で熱
間混練し、各゛成分を所望の形に圧縮成型することにJ
、って製造される。 押出機や射出成形により加■する
こともできる。
完成した素材は、常温て゛固体であって、軟化点が20
ないし250℃である。
シ三1アD硬さは、低軟化点の累月で20ないし50、
高軟化点の素材で50ないし80である。
融点は、30ないし300℃である。 常温Ff縮強磨
は、5ないし500 kg/ cm2と覆る。
A発明による1lll(型−潤滑剤を用いれば、良好4
1分離・潤滑効果にJ二つて、たとえば鋼板や形鋼の圧
延のための消費動力を大幅にイ1℃減覆ることが(”き
る。 加工される加工品の表面性状も改善され、たとえ
ばアラザが小さくなる。、前型−潤滑剤は信頼性の増大
をもたらす。 なぜならば、添加物の選択によって潤滑
効果が調節され、鋼板のすべり仮(づをひきおこす高す
ぎる潤滑効果が回避されるからである。
薄膜の厚みもJ:<調節され、厚さ50ないし200ミ
クロンの薄膜が塗布される。 この離型−潤滑剤は高い
潤滑能力を有するから、多くの場合、平均コないし2ミ
クロンの膜厚で十分である。
油ベースの既知の潤滑剤と比較して、煙霧の発生や環境
汚染がない。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 (1) 熱間金属成形加工用、とくに熱間における鋼板
    A3よび形鋼の圧延用の固体離型−潤滑剤において、軟
    化点が20ないし250℃、融点が30ないし300℃
    、ショアD硬さが20℃において20ないし80であっ
    て、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性重合体および(、または
    )共重合体とプラスブック用離型剤を含むことを特徴と
    する離型−潤滑剤。 (2) 固体潤滑物質を含むことを特徴とする特許請求
    の範囲第1項の離型−潤滑剤。 (3) 湿潤ハリを含むことを特徴とする特許請求の範
    囲第1項または第2項の離型−潤滑剤。 (4) 付着媒体を含むことを特徴とする特許請求の範
    囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれかの離型−潤滑剤。 (5) 2種類の熱可塑性重合体および(または)共重
    合体を含むことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項ない
    し第4項のいずれかの離型−潤滑□剤。。 (6) 脂肪・酸、脂肪族アルコニル、脂肪族アミド、
    石(プん、ろう、ポリエチレンワックスまたはシリコー
    ン油の類のプラスチック用離型剤を含むことを特徴とす
    る特許請求の範囲第1項イ【いし第5項のいずれかの顛
    型−潤滑剤。 (7) 重合体または共重合体のための軟化剤を□含む
    ことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項ないし第6」]
    の□いずれかの離型−潤滑剤。 (8) 表面改良剤、好ましくはシランまたはチタン酸
    塩を含むことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項ないし
    第7項のいずれかの離型−W滑剤。 (9) ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリアミド、
    ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリニスアルの類の繊維、炭素
    繊緒またはガラス繊維を含むことを特徴とする特許請求
    の範囲第1項ないし第8項のいずれかの離型−潤滑剤。 (10) 粘土を含むことを特徴とする特許請求の顧囲
    第1項ないし第9項のいずれかの分離・潤滑剤。 (11) 固体i1%1滑物質としてフッ素化炭化水素
    、好ましくはポリ四フッ化エチレン、フッ化カルシウl
    \、窒化ボウ素、二硫化モリブデンおよび好ましくは黒
    鉛を使用することを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項な
    いし第10項のいずれかの離型−潤滑剤。 (12)  1ないL’9011M%(Df2(1)重
    合体a3 J:び(または)共重合体と、コないし70
