相対移動に関する指令値データを出力する指令手段と、

相対位置データを出力する位置検出手段と、前記検知手
段からの検知信号に基づき前記駆動手段の駆動を制御す
るとともに被測定物と検知手段との接触位置を計測する
制御手段とを備え、この制御手段は、記憶部を有し、前
記駆動手段により被測定物と検知手段とが相対移動され
前記検知手段からそれらの接触に伴う検知信号を受けた
とき前記指令手段の指令値データと前記位置検出手段か
らの相対位置デニタとの差を前記記憶部へ記憶するとと
