移動指令値に基づく寸法だけ同方向へ相対移動させて停
止させ、ついでこの相対移動の方向とは逆方向へ前記記
憶部の移動指令値に基づく寸法より一定量多い寸法だけ
相対移動させて停止させ、ついでこの相対移動の方向セ
は逆方向へ相対移動させ、この相対移動中において前記
検知手段から被測定物との接触に伴う検知信号を受けた
ときの前記位置検出手段の相対位置データを計測値とし
