以上説明したように本発明のフォトカップラは、一つの

- (1)一つの発光素子と光を通す絶縁物を介して結合さ
れた静電誘導トランジスタ゛ないしは電界効果トランジ
スタを接続した部分を有することを特徴とするフォトカ

れた静電誘導サイリスクを接続した部分を有することを
