片的斜面図、第2図は第1図の電池に用いられる極板包
体を形成するに使用される未加工材の平面図、第3図は
第1図の電池に用いられる極板の1つと包体の1つの拡
大分解斜面図、第4図は第3図の4−4線截断面図、第
5図は第1図の電池に用いられるに適した極板スリーブ
の1端で分解された拡大斜面図、第6図は第5図の6−
6線截断面図、第7図は極板が挿入された後のスリーブ
を示す第6図示の断面図、第8図は第1図゛の電池に使
用に適する代替の極板スリーブ、第9図は第1図の電池
に使用に適する代替の極板とセパレーターとの組立体の

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ■ (イ)電池容器内の電解液内に置かれ且つ該容器の
底部に載置する複数枚の交互の陽極板と陰極板と (ロ)少くとも1つ置きの極板のまわりを囲繞する包体
の形状であり、少くとも該極板の両垂直縁−をシールす
る1方、底部で接着物質の極板の下縁への到達を許容す
る開口を与える電池セパレーター材と (ハ)該電池容器の底壁とこれら極板の下縁との両者に
接着し且つ該セパレーター材により形成された該底部開
口を介して延び而して該容器の底部での陽極板と陰極板
間に活物質の樹枝状生成を防止すべく該底部開口をシー
ルすると共にこれら陰陽極板を耐震性とする接着物質と
から成る蓄電池。 2 該セパレーター材が底部に開口をもつ袋状包体の形
状である実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の蓄電池
。 3 該セパレーター材がスリーブ状の形状であり、該底
部開口が底部に完全に開口している実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項に記載の蓄電池。 4 各スリーブの両垂直縁は熱収縮可能プラスチックフ
ィルムの帯状物により形成され、かくして該スリーブは
収縮6得られてその中に収容の極板に対してぴったり密
着する実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項に記載の蓄電池。 5 各包体は互にシールせしめられる両側縁を有するセ
パレーター材の折り曲げられた可撓性シートにより形成
され更に該セパレーター材は接着物質のための底部開口
を形成するべき該折り曲げ部域内に形成せしめられた孔
を有する実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の蓄電池
。
