個に分割されており、該複数個の分割部分にはレジスト
層と導電ランド形成部位がサブプリント基板の同一面で
は交互に位置しかつ同一の分割部分においては前記レジ
スト層と導電ランド形成部位が該サブプリント基板の表
裏両面で対向するように位置していることを特徴とする
