Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は使い捨ておむつや衛生ナプキンの様な吸収性製
品、特に、圧縮材でできた離散部分が提供される様に片
面か両面がエンボスされた吸収性製品に関する。
従来、使い捨ておむつ、衛生ナプキン、パッド等の吸収
性製品は様々な製法セ作られており、片面か両面がエン
ボスされていた。エンボスのパターンは一般には、おむ
つの硬性を高めるためゼあり、普通、おむつの相当部分
を占めている。即ち、おむつの表面の大部分はエンボス
されており、全吸収性パット′は部分的に圧縮されてい
た。従来のエンボスされている使い捨ておむつでは液の
分散は高められておらず、又、にじみ（Ｗｅｔｂａｃｋ
）も減少していない。
本発明では従来のおむつの欠点が解消されており、より
良好な液分散性が与えられており、従来のおむつや衛生
ナプキンに比べて追加の吸収材を必要とせずともにじみ
は減じている。
本発明の実施においては吸収材を表シートと裏シートの
間に挿む。この吸収材は木材フラ！フ等でできている。
本発明の吸収性製品は片面か両面がエンボスされており
、このため、吸収材は比較的高度に圧縮されて離散部分
を形成している部分と、実質上圧縮されていない他部分
とに分かれる。
離散している被圧縮部分は液分散性が強く、にじみは減
っている。
添付図面の第４図には、ポリエチレンフィルム等の液不
浸透性材でできた裏シート１１２を有する吸収性製品１
１０が示されている。この裏シート１１２上には木材フ
ラ！フ製パッドの様な吸収材１１４が配置されている。
吸収材１１４の上に位置するの−は表シート１１６であ
り、これはポリエチレンやポリプロピレン繊維で作られ
た不織疎水材で構成されていることが好ましい。
第５図に示された態様２１０では裏シート２１２、表シ
ート２１６が共にエンボスされて［双性パット２１４と
、それぞれ離散している被圧縮化部分２１８．２２０を
形成している。
添付図面において、同一の参照番号は同一部分をさす。
参照番号１０は一般に本発明の吸収性製品をさす、。
この吸収性製品は手当用品、衛生ナプキン、使い捨てお
むつ等であり１図示されているのは使い捨ておむつであ
る。
裏シート１２上にあるのは木材フラ繁フ等で形成された
吸収材１４である。吸収材１４の上にあるのが、ポリエ
チレンやポリプロピレンの繊維等の不織疎水材でできて
いることが好ましい表シート１６である。
お１．めの形をしている吸収性製品１０は弾性化された
部分を有する、又は有しないふち取り付き散している高
度に圧縮されている部分１８と、該製品の一部を形成し
ている圧縮されていない部分とを形成（７ている。該離
散部分１８はエンボス部分２０の下になる。
が環形であることが好ましく、或は、第３図に示される
如く、これら部分２ｏ“は断面が矩形や正方形でもよい
。別法にして、いがなる適当な幾何学的形状もいづれの
便利ないし所望のパターンで使用できる。
本発明の吸収性製品の製造においては吸収材１４を連続
フィルムシートに噴霧その他の方法で付与する。ついで
表シート１６をその材料の連続シートとして付与し、つ
いで集成体をエンボス付与用ローラ又は板でエンボス化
し、ついで切断して一定形状とする。
高度被圧縮化部分１８のサイズはｏ、０１〜２　ｃｍ２
゜好ましくは０．０４〜０．４ｃｍ２であり、最適効果
は高度被圧縮化部分のサイズが０．１３Ｃ１１１２であ
る時に達成される。
高度被圧縮化部分１８の存在が液の拡散に好ましく、お
むつの載燥を高める。同一量の吸収材を使用しても１本
発明によれば前記最適パラメータで液拡散能は８％以上
高まり、液分散能は１５％高まり、液にじみ特性はそれ
以上に減じている。
離散部分１８の距離は０．１〜３ｃｒｎであり、好まし
くは０．１〜１ｃｒｎであり、更に好ましくは０．２〜
０．７ｃｍであり、最適距離は０．３２ｃｍである。
）々ツＦの形でもよい吸収材の密度は圧縮されておらず
、エンボスされていないならば００６〜（１１２ｐ／ｃ
ｃであり、圧縮されていない部分の最適密度は０．０９
ｇ／ｃｍ３である。
エンボスを与え、圧縮した時の離散している被圧縮部分
は０．１０〜０．　ＡＯｊ；ｌ／ＣＣであり、好ましく
は０．１５〜０．３０．９／ｃｃであり、最適密度は０
．２２ｇ×−である。
離散している高密度化部分１Ｂはおむつその他の吸収性
製品の被エンボス化表面の１０〜８０％をしめる。好ま
しい範囲は１５〜６０％である。
更に好ましくは２０〜３０％である。離散している高密
度化部分が占める被エンボス化表面の最適部分は２６％
である。
高密度化部分は環形が好ましいが、いづれの幾何学的な
いし非幾何学的形状も、パターンも選択できる。
本発明の一特徴は１本発明による被エンボス化パッドを
その上か下のエンボス化された又はエンボス化されてい
ない別のパッド゛と共に使用できることである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 第１項 吸収性製品において、裏シート；該裏シート上の、吸収
    性材料でできた吸収性パット９；該・ξラドの上に重な
    っている表シート；からなり。 エンボスにより該パッドが圧縮され、別々の離散してい
    る被圧縮部分が実質上圧縮されていないバッド残部と共
    に形成されている。吸収性製品。 第２項 該パッドは圧縮時に、離散している高度被圧縮化吸収性
    材料部分と実質上圧縮されていない吸収性材料部分とを
    有する。特許請求の範囲第１項記載の製品。 第３項 該吸収性材料が木材アラブである。特許請求の範囲第２
