本発明は混成Ｓ積回路の封止方法に関する。
従来の１成集積回路では第１図６＝示す如（、温威集穂
回Ｗ＆＆板（１）上に付着したシツＶｉ７スタ（２詭や
抵抗体（８）をシブコン樹脂（４をＩｋ布して被覆した

本発明の１ｉ！１１の工程は１２園ζ；承す如く、ａ成
Ｓａ回＃＆基板ａｌの一生函書二保−ｔ＃必饗とする回
路素子（１１）を付着することにある。Ｉ＆成集積−絡
城板（１１としてはセフミッタ等のｓａｇ基板や１１ｋ
亀性の良い表面を絶縁処理した１＃ミニワ＾基板を用い
る。
Ｓａ回＃＆基板ａｌの一生函書二保−ｔ＃必饗とする回
路素子（１１）を付着することにある。Ｉ＆成集積−絡
城板（１１としてはセフミッタ等のｓａｇ基板や１１ｋ
亀性の良い表面を絶縁処理した１＃ミニワ＾基板を用い
る。

形成した導体や、抵ａｍ料をスクリーン印刷して焼成し

はカーボン抵抗体等の回路素子ｕ１）は素子の特性の安
定化のためにｖｙコＶ樹脂亀；より被覆されて保護され
る必俵がある。

定化のためにｖｙコＶ樹脂亀；より被覆されて保護され
る必俵がある。
本発明の第２の工程は第Ｓ図は、示す如＜、＊−を必唆

- ｔ 拠成集積回路晶板上にシタコン樹脂の保−を必聾と
する回路素子を付着した混成集積回路に於いて、ａ妃回
路素子上にＩＩ］ＩＩＩａＶリコｙ樹脂をスクリーン印
刷により付着した後全体なエポキＶ樹ｍｓ末により封止
することを特徴とする混成集積−路の封止方法。
