Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は塗布装置に関し、特に、電子部品の電極又は外
装に用いる金属ペースト、樹脂等の塗布装置の塗布ロー
ラの改良に関する。

従来のこの種の塗布ローラは第1図に示す如く、塗布ロ
ーラ1の周縁部のほは沖央にリング状に溝部1aを設け
た塗布ローラ1及び塗布剤を一定の厚さにする固定ブレ
ード2より構成され、周縁部の1部を塗布剤3に浸漬さ
せたのち矢印方向に回転させて、塗布剤3を塗布ローラ
に付着させた固定ブレード2を塗布ローラ1に押しつけ
ることにより溝付塗布ローラ1の溝部1a以外に付着し
た塗布剤3をかき落し、溝部1aにのみ塗布剤3を残す
構成である。

対応する凹部を有する固定ブレードに上記凹部の深さを
可変とする可動ブレードを具備させたことを特徴とする
