Although it plays a role as a resistor, stable contact with the paper quality or paper surface could not be expected.

The third layer forms a uniform protruding layer with a uniform hard layer on the surface of the material.
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a paper feed roll, which comprises the following steps.

That is, since the unevenness 2 exists in the material 1, a part of the tip of the unevenness 2 is shaved off while the resin film 3 remains therein.

In the second step, by cutting the resin film to expose a part of the surface of the material 1, it is possible to obtain an accurate outer diameter, and in the third step, the 11nth part of the exposed surface of the material 1 can be obtained. By forming the hard protruding layer 5 on the surface, a strong resistance for paper feeding can be obtained.
