【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案はシーム溶接機の円形の溶接電極板周面
に圧接して、その周面のシーム電極面を絶えず切
削して修正すると共に、電極面に付着する被溶接
物のメツキ層等の不純物を掻き落とすようにする
シーム溶接電極板切削装置に係り、従来同じ目的
で使用されている切削装置を改良したものであ

(従来の技術)

うに電極板aの周面に圧接する定規用ロールbと
チツプdを焼き付けたヘールバイト式のバイトe
のシヤンクfとを夫々の位置調整ネジc,gによ
りE形のホルダーhに取付け、ホルダーをシリン
ダーのロツドに連結する構造からなるものである
ところ、シーム電極板aは回転数が小さくそれに
切削装置による切削と共に半径長さが減り周面長
さが変化するから、半径の減少に対応する調整を
怠るとチツプdの該電極板aの周面に対する喰込
量が増加して、位置調整ネジgによる調整頻度が
3〜4時間毎と多く、また、バイトeを取り替え
る時、取り替え前と同じに出来ない等の欠点を持

自由に固定し、そのチツプの一つの切削溝の始端
または終端を前記位置決め部からシーム溶接板の
周面に対応させて突出したことを特徴とするもの

付頭部17には、チツプ11が正四角形の平面で
あるとき、その各辺が嵌め込みにより密着する直
線縁19-1,19-2,19-3,19-4によつて構
成した位置決め部19と支承突片20とからな
り、支承突片20に前記の各直線縁に囲まれた取
付穴21を設ける。支承穴21はねじ孔又は透孔
により形成するもので、本実施例はねじ孔を形成

を延ばすことができ、しかもシーム溶接電極板を
過剰に切削して変形させるおそれもない等の効果
