Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　側面継目を有する容器胴部と該側面継目の内
    側に該継目を覆うように施された被覆層とから成る容器
    において、 該被覆層は、ヒートシール性熱可塑性樹脂から成る両表
    面層と、酸素バリヤー性中間層とを備えた積層テープか
    ら成り、該積層テープはその両端縁部が容器胴部側に折
    り曲げられた状態でｉ日内側に密着していることを特徴
    とする継目を被覆した容器。
  2. （２）前記容器胴部は、紙基質及びヒートシール性オレ
    フィン系樹脂から成る内外両層を備えた積層シートから
    形成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の容
    器。
  3. （３）前記積層シートは紙基質の容器内側に金属箔の層
    を備えたものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載
    の容器。
  4. （４）酸素バリヤー性中間層がエチレン−酢酸ビニル共
    重合体ケン化物から成る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の容器。
