Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はＦＲＰ合板の製造方法に関する。
ＦＲＰ合板の製造方法には、ＦＲＰ板と合板とを接着剤
により接着する方法、ＳＭＣにて加圧接着する方法、バ
ンドレイアップによるＦＲＰ積層と合板とを接着する方
法等がある。
どれらの方法は規格方法のＦＲＰ合板を製造する分には
特に支障はないが規格外の大型のＦＲＰ合板を製造しよ
うとすると各種の欠点がある。
ＳＭＣの場合は加圧するために大きなホットプレスを必
要とし、設備費が高くなり、ひいては製品コストも割高
になり実用上問題がある。
バンドレイアップの場合は製作するＦＲＰ合板の寸法が
大きくなるとＦＲＰ積層と合板との接着面にどうしても
気泡が残り、それがふくれの原因となる。
本発明は上記の如き各種欠点のないＦＲＰ合板の製造方
法を提供するもので、これを図面を基にして説明する。
第１図に示すものは型１の上にＦＲＰ層２を設け、その
上に通孔３のあいた合板４を重合し、合板４の上にポリ
ビニルアルコール（ＰＶＡ）のフィルム５を被せ、フィ
ルム５の外周と型１の外周との間にガスケット６を介し
て挟着治具７により挾着する。
更に、フィルム５内に差込んだ抜気管８をホースにより
真空ポンプに接続する。
この場合抜気管８と真空ポンプとの間に真空バッグ法で
用いる樹脂ポットを設けてもよい。
この状態で真空ポンプを稼動させてフィルム５と型１間
の空気を抜出すると共にＦＲＰ層２の樹脂９を第３図の
ように合板４の通孔３から合板４の接合面１０と反対側
の背面１１まで吸出する。
第２図に示すものはＦＲＰ層２を合板４の背面にも設け
たもので、この上からフィルム５を被せ、その外周を第
１図の場合と同様に挾着し、真空ポンプによりフィルム
５の内側を抜気すると共に上下のＦＲＰ層２の樹脂を合
板４０通孔３内に吸入するようにしたものである。
本発明は叙上のように合板４に通孔３をあげておき、真
気引きすることによりＦＲＰ層２の樹脂９を通孔３内ま
で吸入するようにしであるためＦＲＰ層２と合板４の接
合面１０とが密接すると共に通孔３内に吸入された樹脂
９が連結軸の役割を果すためＦＲＰ層２と合板４との接
着が確実且強固になる。
特に、ＦＲＰ層２を合板４０片面にのみ設けた場合は、
ＦＲＰ層２の樹脂が単に通孔３内に吸入されるだけでな
く、合板４の背面１１にまで吸出されるため、通孔３の
外部に吸出された樹脂９が抜止め機能を果し、ＦＲＰ層
２と合板４との接着がより一層強固になる。

図、第３図は第１図の方法により製造したＦＲＰ合板の
一例を示す断面図である。 ２はＦＲＰ層、３は通孔、４は合板、５はフィルム、Ｔ
は挟着治具、９はＦＲＰ層の樹脂、１０は合板の接合面
、１１は合板の背面。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 Ｉ ＦＲＰ層と通孔をあげた合板とを重合し、それら
    の上にフィルムを被せ、この状態でフィルムの内側を真
    空引きしてＦＲＰ層と合板との間の空気を抜くと共にＦ
    ＲＰ層の樹脂を合板の通孔内に吸入するようにしたＦＲ
    Ｐ合板の製造方法。 Ｚ ＦＲＰ層を合板の片面側にのみ設げ且合板の通孔
    内に吸入された樹脂を合板の接合面と反対側の背面まで
    吸出するようにした特許請求の範囲第１項記載のＦＲＰ
    合板の製造方法。 ａ ＦＲＰ層を合板の両面側に設けてなる特許請求の
    範囲第１項記載のＦＲＰ合板の製造方法。
