Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、一端に直立する支承壁１を有する底板２の下
面に外向きの脚片３と内向きの脚片４を交互に曲成して
なる土台金具に係るもので、その目的とするところは施
工に便ならしめんとするにある。
尚図中の符号５は型枠、６は基礎コンクリート、７は化
粧モルタルを示す。
而して本考案は上記した構成であるから、その取付けに
あっては、基礎コンクリート６上に打設した化粧モルタ
ル７内に底板２の下面に交互に曲成した外向きの脚片３
と内向きの脚片４を上方より前記底板２が化粧モルタル
７の表面上に着座するまで埋入すれば、経時後固化する
化粧モルタル７によって前記交互に曲成した外向きの脚
片３と内向きの脚片４は上方への抜脱を防止されて強固
に固定されるから、第３図に示すように土台金具の取付
けは完了するのである。
従来斯種土台金具の取付けは、基礎コンクリートに埋設
したアンカーボルトとその立上部に螺着するナツトによ
って行なうものであったから、アンカーボルトの埋設位
置が悪ければ勿論、アンカーボルトが僅かに傾斜したよ
うな場合でも土台金具を所望の位置に取付けられないと
いう欠点があったが、本案は上記したように底板の下面
に交互に曲成した外向きの脚片と内向きの脚片を化粧モ
ルタル内に埋入すればよいので取付作業はきわめて容易
となる一方、化粧モルタルの打設後に土台金具をセット
するようにしたので取付精度は著しく向上するという利
点があり、且全体の構造も簡単でプレス等によって容易
に成型出来るから、従来のようにアンカーボルトやナツ
トを使用するものと較べて施工に要する費用も大巾に減
額することが可能であるという効果がある。

化粧モルタルに埋入しようとする状態を示す正面図、第
３図は土台金具の脚片を化粧モルタルに埋入して取付け
た状態を示す正面図である。 主要符号 １・・・・・・支承壁、２・・・・・・底板
、３・・・・・・外向きの脚片、４・・・・・・内向き
の脚片。
