２：高効率微粒子濾過器、３，１３：給気ファン、４，
１４：給気ダクト、５，１５：還気ダクト、２１：ダス
トモニター、２２：吸引管、２７：光散乱式ダストカウ
ンター、２８：ポンプ、２９：塵埃数累積表示器、３０
：タイプライタ−，３１：設定器、３２：ブザー。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高効率微粒子濾過器にて室内空気をクリーン度の高い状
    態に清浄するようになしたクリーンルームおよび、また
    は該クリーンルーム内に設置したクリーンユニットに、
    それぞれの室内のクリーン度を常時および一定時間毎に
    表示するとともに該クリーン度がある設定値を超えた場
    合には警報を発するようにしたダストモニターを取付け
    であることを特徴とするダストモニターを有するクリー
    ンルームおよびクリーンユニット。
