    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. クリーンルーム入口に通じる通路に据付けて入
    場者の人体、着用衣服に付着している塵埃を除塵
    するエアシヤワー装置であり、通路内へ向けてク
    リーンエアを噴出する送風機、ＨＥＰＡフイイル
    タを含む送風系を装備したものにおいて、通路内
    の空気清浄度を検出するダストカウンタと、該ダ
    ストカウンタの検出値を基に送風系を運転制御す
    る制御手段とを備えたことを特徴とするエアシヤ
    ワー装置。
