Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発ＢＡはスチーム発生機構を有するステンレス板で構
成したスチームオープンに関するものである。
従来スチームオープンはオープン内にスチーム発生機構
を有するのでオープンの水分による腐食を防止するため
ステンレス板で構成されていた。
このスチームオープンにセル７クリ一二ング機能を付加
すれば使用がより容易になるがステンレス板にセル７ク
リ一二ング機能を付加することはできなかった。その理
由は二酸化マンガンを主成分　Ｐ とするセルフクリーニング層の下地となるホーロ一層Ｑ
焼付時に９００℃程度の高温となりステンレス板が変形
してしまうからである。
そこで本発明はステンレス板にアルミニウム粉末を低い
温度で焼結してアルミ層を形成し、それにアルミホーロ
一層を施し、更にセル７クリ一二ング層を施してステ／
レス板に低い温度でセルフクリーニング機能を付加でき
るようにしたもので。
その一実施例につき図面にしたがって以下に説明する。
１はステンレス板であり、一般に８Ｕ８４５０系又祉８
Ｕ８１４系を用いる。２はアルミニウム層でありステン
レス板１の上にアルミニウム粉末を直接溶射し焼結させ
る。その時のステンレス板１上の温度鉱２００〜３００
℃程度であυ、厚さ５ｏμ程度。
焼結手段は従来公知手段でよい。３Ｆｉアルミホ一ロ一
層であ夕焼付は温度が５５０〜６００℃と低い低融点ガ
ラスよりなる。４はセルフクリーニング層で二酸化マン
ガンを主成分とした従来公知のものでアルミホーロ一層
３で接着され、セルフクリー３　Ｐ 二／グ層４の表面は多孔質となる。ステンレス板１表面
にアルミニウム粉末を焼結する時に金属間化合物を生成
し、アルミニウムの密着層を成形することができるもの
で、アルミニウムには低融点のアルミホーローが使用で
き、それはアルミニウム層２に密着し、さらに従来より
低い温度でセル７クリ一二ング層４を設けることができ
る。
以上の如く本発明によればステンレス板のスチームオー
プン内表面にアルミニウム粉末を焼結したアルミニウム
層を設け、その上にアルミホーロ一層を施してさらにセ
ルフクリーニング層を設けたので、耐腐食性がある上、
更にセルフクリーニング機能をもつスチームオープンと
なるので、調理の後始末が不要で使用が容易なスチーム
オープンを得ることができる。特に低い温度でセルフク
リーニング層を施すのでスチームオープンの変形がなく
、正確な寸法が要求される電子レンジのスチームオープ
ン等に容易に実施することができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. ステンレス板で構成したスチームオープンにおいて、ス
    テンレス板のスチームオープン内表面にアルミニウム粉
    末を焼結してアルミニウム層を形成し、その上にアルミ
    ホーロ一層を施し、さらに二酸化マンガンを主成分とす
    るセル７クリ一二ング層を設けたことを特徴とするスチ
    ームオープ７゜
