Abstract
PURPOSE: Self-purifying type wall face, made the inner wall of kitchen utensil vessel by metallic porous body containing oxidation catalyst that decomposes organic maters, such as fats and oils, etc., by oxidation and automatically purifies the stain scattered from food at the time of cooking.
