Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本案はロニタリ式の芝刈機に係る。
この種の芝刈機は機体１の後面又は徊面に別居放出口２
を設け、芝刈面積が広いときはその放出口２に袋状或い
は箱状の集草ケース３を連結し、せまい面積を刈るとき
は集草ケース３を外し、その場合は別居が放出飛散しな
いように放出口２に蓋４をするのが一般である。
ところが従来のものは蓋４の開閉と集草ケース３の着脱
を別々に操作する構成であるため面倒である。
又集草ケース３は、簡単に着脱出来るように、該ケース
３の口元枠５を別居放出口２の突起に単に引掛ける構成
であるため、旋回時後車輪６を支点にしてハンドル７を
下げたとき、集草ケース３の底３□が地面に当って集草
ケース３が外れることがある。
本案は上記の問題点を解決した一挙にしかも確固に連結
出来る集草ケース固定装置を提供することを目的とする
。
即ち前記ロータリ式芝刈機において、別居放出口２の蓋
４をばね或いは重量により常時閉じ傾向に付勢されてい
る扉式とし、集草ケース３を別居放出口２に対し突き合
せ的に連結する構成とし、その連結の際別居放出口２の
蓋４を集草ケース３内に開かせる連動部材８，９をその
蓋４と集草ケース３とに設け、更に集草ケース３と別居
放出口２の突き合せ連結を維持する掛金部材１０，１１
．を集草ケース３と機体１とに設けたものである。
実施例の連動部材８，９は、上下開閉蓋４の枢軸１２よ
り上方に偏心させた位置に蓋４と一体に設けたレバー８
と、集草ケース３の口元枠５の上辺に前方に向って上記
レバー８に対向させて設けた凸部９とによって構成され
ている。
上記凸部９は、集草ケース３のハンドル１３と一体に棒
材によって形成したものである。
又掛金部材１０．１１は、集草ケース３の口元枠５の上
辺に設けた常時係合傾向に付勢されているフック１０と
、別居妙出口２の上辺近傍において機体１に設けた係止
穴１１とによって構成されている。
上記フック１０は操作レバニ、ＪＯ０を有し、ノヘンド
ル１３と一緒１□こつかめるように配置されている。
フック１σ□め付勢ばね１４は、フック１０の揺動中心
軸１５上に設けたねじりコイルばねである。
第１図は蓋４が降りて別居放出口２を閉じている状態に
して、放出風圧で押し開かれることはない。
集草ケース３を取付けるには、ハンドル１３を握って（
このときレバー１０、も−緒に握り込む）集草ケース３
の口元を、第１図に示すように閉じている蓋４の前面に
近付け、凸部９をレバー８に当てて押すと蓋４は第２図
に示すように集草ケース３の中で上方に開かれる。
口元枠５が完全に別層放出口２に合致したところでハン
ドル１３・レバー１０、から手を放すと、ばね１４の作
用でフック１０が穴１１に係止させられるもので、フッ
ク１０と穴１１とめ掛金作用によって別層放出口２に対
する集草ケース３の突き合せ連結が固定される。
集草ケース３の後部は第４図は示すように、フック１６
を操縦ハンドル７の横棒７□に引掛けて固定する。
上記集草ケース取付状態において蓋４の閉じようとする
行替力（ま、レバー８・凸部９を経て集草ケース３を後
方に押す方向に作用し、フック１０と穴１１との係合の
ガタを押えている。
集草ケース３を外すには、フック１６を横棒７１から外
し、ハンドル１３をレバー１０□と共につかむもので、
フック１０と穴１１の係合が解けで集草ケース３を機体
１から外すことができる。
蓋４は自動的に閉じる。
・ ′ ：本案の集草ケース固定装置は上
記の構成であるから□、集草ゲニズ３を芝刈機１の別層
放出口２に突き合せ連結する際連動部材８，９の作用に
よって蓋４が自動的に開き、従来の芝刈機のように蓋の
開放と集草ケースの連結を別々に行う面倒がない そして上記連結と同時に集草ケース３の口元枠５は、掛
金部材１０．１１相互の係合によって別層放出口２に密
着固定される。
従って旋回のため後車輪６を支点にして前輪１７を上げ
た場合、万一集草ケース３の底３□が地面に当ってケー
ス３゛が突き上げられてもケース３が放出口２から外れ
ることはないもので、ロータリ式芝刈機における集草ケ
ースの固定装置として効果力ｆ′ある。
実施例のレバー付フック１０は軸受板１８を介してハン
ドル１３の取付板１９にビス２０で固定されたもので、
集草ケース３の網地□を交換°する際ハンドル１３と一
体に着脱できる。
２１はハンドル取付板１９を口元枠５に固定するビスを
示す。

  1. ロータリ式芝刈機の別居放出口に設けた常時閉じ傾向に
    付勢されている扉式蓋、その別居放出口に突き合せ的に
    連結する集草ケース、そのケース連結の際別居放出口の
    蓋を集草ケース内に開かせるようにその蓋と集草ケース
    とに設けた連動部材、集草ケースと別居放出口の突き合
    せ連結を維持するように集草ケースと機体とに設けた掛
    金部材とから戊るロータリ式芝刈機の集草ケース固定装
    置。
