【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は異種ライニング、殊に無極性熱可塑性樹脂シー
トによるライニングの端縁と繊維強化プラスチックによ
るライニングの端縁との接合方法に関する。

金属製、木製、コンクリート製等の貯槽は、その内壁の
腐食防止のために種々の耐蝕ライニングが施される。ラ
イニング材には、熱可塑性樹脂シートとしてポリ塩化ビ

脂等があり、熱硬化性樹脂として不飽和ポリエステル樹
脂、エポキシ樹脂、フェノール樹脂等があり、さらにこ
れら熱硬化性樹脂の強化材としてガラス繊維(ガラスマ
ット、ガラスクロス、ガラスロービン等)が用いられて
いる。これらライニング材は、その目的、用途に応じて
、また価格の面から使い分けられるが、同一貯槽の内壁

い部分とでライニング材が使い分けられることがあり、

可塑性樹脂シートを介在させ、その熱可塑性樹脂シート
面を無極性熱可塑性樹脂シー)1こ溶着し熱可塑性樹脂
繊維混紡ガラス織布面に繊維強化プラスチックをオーバ
レイするものである。本発明では、熱可塑性樹脂繊維混
紡ガラス織布面に繊維強化プラスチックをオーバレイす
るので、両者は繊維同士のからまりおよび繊維の樹脂へ
の投錨効果により強固齋こ一体化し、また、熱可塑性樹
脂シート面も無極性熱可塑性樹脂シートに溶着されるの
で強固に一体化される。更jこ、熱可塑性樹脂繊維混紡
ガラス織布と熱可塑性樹脂シート自体 (。
も、両者は熱溶着され、前回、塑性樹脂繊維が熱可塑性
樹脂シートと溶着しガラス繊維も投錨した形となってい
るので強固に一体化している。

次に、本発明の一実施例を第2図によって説明する。
貯槽本体1の内壁面において、貯蔵物と接する而および
貯蔵物最上部より若干高い位置まではブチルゴムシート
2で裏打ちされたポリプロピレンシート3がライニング
され、それより上部は繊維強化プラスチック4でライニ
ングされている。両者の接合は次のように行なった。ポ
リプロピレンシート6の片面にポリプロピレン系繊維混
紡ガラス織布7を熱溶着により一体化したジヨイント材
を用意する。ジヨイント材のポリプロピレンシート6の
面をポリプロピレンシート3によるライニング端縁にポ
リプロピレン溶接棒81こより溶接する。一方、ポリプ
ロピレン系繊維混紡ガラス織布7の面に強化プラスチッ
クをオーバレイし一体化した。ξの方法によれば、オー
バレイ部5は長期にわたって強固に一体化しており、貯
蔵物が貯槽本体に浸透することはなかった。

上述のよう答こ、本発明は、無極性熱可塑性樹脂シート
と繊維強化プラスチックのオーバレイの間に、熱可塑性
樹脂繊維混紡ガラス織布を溶着一体化した熱可塑性樹脂
シートを介在させることにより、異種ライニング間の強
固な接合を得ることができ、その工業的価値は極めて大
なるものである。

Claims (1)
- 無極性熱可塑性樹脂シートによるライニングの端縁と繊
維強化プラスチックによるライニングの端縁とを無極性
熱可塑性樹脂シートに繊維強化プラスチックをオーバレ
イすることにより接合する方法において、両者の間に熱
可塑性樹脂繊維混紡ガラス織布を溶着一体化した熱可塑
性樹脂シートを介在させ、その熱可塑性樹脂シート面を
無極性熱可塑性樹脂シートに溶着し熱可塑性樹脂繊維混
紡ガラス織布面に繊維強化プラスチックをオーバレイす
ることを特徴とする異種ライニング接合法。
