Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は熱交換装置の薄型一体化を目的とするものであ
る。

従来、自動車用窒気調和機の凝縮器側の熱交換装置は第
1図ないし第3図に示すようなものがあった。第1図、
第2図は自動車空調機の熱交換装置の斜視図と断面図、
第3図は自動車側のラジエ、ターな含めた熱交換装置で
ある。

すなわち、第1図に示すように、偏平管(9)を蛇行状
に曲折させ、直管部は一定間隔を有して複数本平行に並
設され、この平行偏平管(9)相互間にコルゲートフィ
ン(8)を介在させ、前記入口部に入口側へラダー(2
)を接合し、かつ前記出口部に出口側ヘッダー(3)を
接合した熱交換器(11を、ファン(5)及びファンモ
ーター(6)によって熱交換を増大させるような熱交換
装置があった。

しかし、第2図に示すように、熱交換器(りとファン(
5)とファンモータ(6)の組み合わせでは、取付に必
要な寸法+A+が大きく、取付場所が大きく制限される
危険性があり、また、ファン(5)も、プロペラ、ファ
ンを用いているため、ファン中心部では風速が弱く、放
熱量が小さく熱交換器の場所の違いによる放熱量の違い
がみられていたし、第3図に示すように、自動車側のラ
ジェターと組み合っている場合でも、取付場所及び放熱
量でかなりの問題があった。

本発明は上述した従来のものの欠点を除去するためにな

第4図に示すように、内部に多孔の冷媒通路を形成した
偏平管α1を円形状に成形し、前記入口部に入口側ヘッ
ダー(2)を接合し、かつ前記出口部にも出口部1ヘッ
ダー(3)を接合し、偏平管θ〔相互間にコルゲートフ
ィン(8)を介在させ、全体形状をドーナツ形にしり、
熱交換器(9)とその中心部にファンモーター(6)を
入れ込み、ファン(5)を取り付ける。この場合、ファ
ンの回転方向は従来とは逆になる。

ンの回転方向は従来とは逆になる。

ファンモーター(6)の組み合わせでは、取付に必要な
寸法(Blは、従来の取付寸法(Alに比べがなり小さ
くてすみ、取付場所、取付角度にかなりのゆとりができ
てくる。また、第6図に示すように、自動車側のラジェ
ターと組み合っている場所でも取付場所にゆとりがみら
えする。

以上述べたように本発明によれば、熱交換器とファン、
ファンモーターの組み合わさった熱交換装置の厚さが、
従来に比べ格段にうずくなり取付も楽になり、さらに熱
交換器の放熱の分布においては、プロペラ・ファンで、
唯−lit速が弱く。

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 内部に多孔の冷媒通路を形成した偏平管を円形状に成形
し、前記入口部に入口側へラダーを接合し、かつ前記出
口部にも出口側ヘッダーを接合し。 偏平管相互間にコルゲートフィンを介在させ全体形状を
ドーナツ形にした熱交換器、この熱交換器の中心部に冷
却用ファン・モーターを入れ込み。 熱交換器と冷却用ファン及び冷却用ファンモーターを薄
型一体化したことを特徴とする熱交換装置。
