Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は口部を下方とした合成樹脂製のチューブ状容器
の長さ方向と斜交する方向に振動する超音波発振装置を
形成し、前記チューブ状容器の扁平部を形成する案内を
支持台に形成し、前記支持台上に進退する押圧板を形成
し、前記超音波発振装置の振動端子と前記抑圧板との間
に前記扁平部を挿脱する昇降装置を形成し、前記案内の
前記振動端子側の上端縁と対向する凹溝を前記振動端子
の端面に形成することを特徴とするチーーブ状容器の底
部溶着装置に関するものであシ、チーーブ状容器の底部
を溶着するに尚って扁平部を短かくし、チーブ状容器内
の残存空気を殆んどなくし、内容物の酸化を防止すると
共に、内容物を充填したチーブ状容器を短かくすること
ができ、資材費を軽減することができるものである。
従来、超音波振動による合成樹脂製のチュ−プ状容器の
底部溶着は溶着面に直交して超音波振動を加える方法と
溶着面に平行して超音波振動を加える方法とがあり、前
者においては溶着面に内容物が付着していると、溶着が
不可能か、あるいは溶着強度が弱く実用に供し得ないも
のであり、また溶着部の合成樹脂の粉末、粒子を飛散し
、内容物に混入し、内容物の品質を劣化する等の欠点が
あり、また後者においては溶着部の外面にはシを生じ、
商品価値を低下し、また溶着時に不快な摩擦音を生じ作
業環境を悪化すると共に、溶着作業時間が長く、生産性
が低い等の欠点があり、さらに底部の溶着に肖って案内
より長く突出した扁、平部の先端を溶着するために、三
角形状部内に空気が残存し、内容物を酸化変質すること
があり、また資材を必要以上に使用する等の欠点があっ
たが、本発明者は種々実験研究の結果、これらの欠点の
ない本発明を得たのである。
以下本発明の実施例を図面について説明すると、内容物
を充填し、口部1を下方とした合成樹脂製のチーーブ状
答器2の長さ方向に対して1〜89度好ましくは10〜
30度斜交している超音波発生装置3を支持杆4に支持
腕5を介して回動自在にして左右に摺動する装着し、超
音波発振装置3を発振器6、増幅器7、振動子8、振動
子抑え杆9、振動端子10、ホーン部13等よシ構成し
、振動端子10の左右の側面の抑圧面1112にはチー
ープ状容器2の底部溶着部にマーク、ローレットを形成
するマーク(9)、ローレット31を形成するものであ
り、適宜の手段によって支持された支持台14上に固定
した油圧シリンダ、空気シリンダ、カム等の押圧装置1
5の押圧杆16の先端に抑圧板17を固着し、支持台1
4にチーープ状容器2の底部に扁平部18を形成する矩
形状の透孔19を有する下向き傘状の案内側を形成し、
チーープ状容器2を昇降する昇降装置21を形成し、該
昇降装置21は油圧シリンダ、空気シリンダ、カム等よ
りなり、昇降装置21によって昇降する昇降杆22の上
端にチーープ状容器2の肩部2aを挾持する支承部nを
形成し、案内20の振動端子10側の上端縁20Bと対
向する凹溝24を振動端子lOの端面に形成したもので
ある。
上記のように構成した本発明は抑圧装置15を作動して
押圧杆16と押圧板17とを進退させると共に、昇降装
置21を作動して昇降杆22と支承部臼とを引下げ、支
承部23に内容物を充填した合成樹脂製のテユ〜プ状容
器2の肩部2aを挿入支承して後、昇降装置21を作動
して昇降杆22と支承部臼を上昇すると、チーープ状容
器20円筒状底部は下向き傘状の案内側に案内されて順
次扁平となり、矩形状の透孔19より突出し、突出した
扁平部18の上端と抑圧板17の上縁とが一致したとき
に1昇降装置21の上昇作動を停止すると共に1押圧装
置15を作動して押圧杆16と押圧板17とを前進させ
てチーープ状容器2の扁平部18の先端部を超音波発振
装置3の振動端子10の押圧面11に圧接し、次で超音
波発振装置3の発振器6に通電して、振動端子lOの押
圧面11と押圧板17とによって挾持されている扁平部
18に、扁平部18と斜交する方向の超音波振動が加え
られ、扁平部18の内面を溶着すると共に、扁平部18
の外面にマーク30、ローレット31が転写されるもの
である。尚、抑圧板17の扁平部18と当接する面にマ
ーク、ローレットを形成しておけば、このマーク、ロー
レットも転写されるものである。
本発明は口部1を下方とした合成樹脂製のチーープ状容
器2の長さ方向と斜交する方向に振動する超音波発振装
置3を形成し、チューブ状容器2の扁平部18を形成す
る案内器を支持台14に形成し、支持台14上に進退す
る押圧板17を形成し、超音波発振装置3の振動端子1
0と押圧板17との間に扁平部18を挿脱する昇降装置
21を形成し、案内20の振動端子10側の上端縁20
aと対向する凹溝24を振動端子10の端面に形成して
なるものであり、振動端子lOの押圧面11と押圧板1
7とによって押圧されているチューブ状容器2の底部に
形成された扁平部18に、この扁平部18と斜交する方
向の超音波振動を加えて扁平部18の内面を溶着するも
のであり、溶着時に超音波振動による扁平部18を構成
する合成樹脂の粉末、粒子の飛散がなく、これらの内容
物への混入がなく品質の低下を生じないものであり、ま
た扁平部18の内面に内容物が付着していても溶着に支
障を与えず溶着強度の大きい溶着が得られ、溶着部の外
面にばりを生ずることなく美麗な抑圧面が得られ、溶着
時間も短かく生産性が高く、しかも溶着時に不快な摩擦
音の発生が殆んどなく作業環境の良好なものであり、さ
らに振動端子10の端面に形成した凹溝24によって振
動端子10を案内器の上端縁20aに近接することがで
き、。
案内20の透孔19よシ扁平部18を溶着幅だけ突出す
ればよく、扁平部18が短かく、チューブ状容器2内の
残存空気を殆んどなくすことができ内容物の酸化を防止
すると共に、内容物を充填したチーープ状容器を短かく
することができ、資材費を軽減することができるもので
あり、さらにまた、振動端子10の抑圧面11が摩耗し
た場合には振動子8を増幅器7よシ外し、180度位相
を変えて増幅器7に固着すると、扁平部18と当接する
ことなく摩耗していない抑圧面12を適用す くく ることとなり、振動子8を長期に亘って良好な状態で使
用し得られるものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 口部を下方とした合成樹脂製のチューブ状容器の長さ方
    向と斜交する方向に振動する超音波発振装置を形成し、
    前記チューブ状容器の扁平部を形成する案内を支持台に
    形成し、前記支持台上に進退する押圧板を形成し、前記
    超音波発振装置の振動端子と前記押圧板との間に前記扁
    平部を挿脱する昇降装置を形成し、前記案内の前記振動
    端子側の上端縁と対向する凹溝を前記振動端子の端面に
    形成することを特徴とするチ−ブ状容器の底部溶着装置
