Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は新規はチユーブ状容器の底部溶着法お
よびその装置に関するものであり、溶着時にチユ
ーブ状容器を構成する合成樹脂の粉体、粒体の飛
散がなく、これらの内容物への混入がなく、溶着
面に内容物が付着していても接着強度の大きい溶
着が可能であり、また溶着部の外面にばりを生ぜ
ず美麗に仕上ると共に、溶着時間も短かく生産性
の高いものであり、しかも溶着時の雑音の発生の
殆んどないものである。
従来超音波振動による合成樹脂製チユーブ状容
器の底部溶着は溶着面に直交して超音波振動を加
える方法と溶着面に平行して超音波振動を加える
方法とがあり、前者の場合は溶着面に内容物が付
着している場合溶着が不可能か、あるいは溶着強
度が弱く実用に供し得ないものであり、また溶着
部の合成樹脂の粉末、粒体を飛散し、内容物に混
入し品質を劣化する等の欠点があり、また後者の
場合は溶着部の外面にばりを生じ、商品価値を低
下し、また溶着時に不快な磨擦音を生じ作業環境
を悪化すると共に、溶着作業時間が長く生産性の
低いものである等の欠点があつたが、本発明は
種々の実験研究の結果、このような欠点のない本
発明を得たのである。
以下本発明の実施例を図面によつて説明する
と、内容物を充填し、口部1を下方とした合成樹
脂製チユーブ状容器2の長さ方向に対して1〜89
度好ましくは10〜30度斜交している超音波発振装
置3を支持杆4に支持腕5を介して回動可能に固
着する。超音波発振装置3は発振器6、増幅器
7、振動子8、振動子抑え板9よりなり、振動子
8の下端に下端受板10を形成する。支持台11
上に固着した油圧シリンダ12のピストン杆13
の先端に押圧板14を固着し、支持台11に合成
樹脂製チユーブ状容器2の扁平底部15を挿入す
る矩形状の透孔16を形成し、該透孔16の下面
周縁傘状の案内17を形成し、合成樹脂製チユー
ブ状容器2を上下に摺動する容器昇降18を形成
し、該昇降装置18は油圧シリンダ19、ピスト
ン杆20と該ピストン杆20の上端に合成樹脂製
チユーブ状容器2の肩部2aを挾持する支承部2
1を形成したものである。図中10aは下端受板
10の扁平底部15の側面と当接する当接面であ
る。
上記のように構成した本発明は油圧シリンダ1
2を作動してピストン杆13と押圧板14とを後
退させると共に容器昇降装置18の油圧シリンダ
19を作動してピストン杆21と支承部21とを
引き下げ、支承部21に内容物を充填した合成樹
脂製チユーブ状容器2の肩部2aを挿入支持し、
油圧シリンダ19を作動してピストン杆20を上
昇し、合成樹脂製チユーブ状容器2を上昇する
と、合成樹脂製チユーブ状容器2の円筒状底部は
傘状の案内17に案内されて順次扁平底部15と
なつて透孔16より突出し、突出長が所定となつ
たときに油圧シリンダ19の作動を停止すると共
に、油圧シリンダ12を作動してピストン杆13
を前進し、ピストン杆13の先端に形成した押圧
板14を合成樹脂製チユーブ状容器2の扁平底部
15に圧接し、扁平底部15の反対側を超音波発
振装置3の振動子8の下端受板10の当接面10
aに圧接した状態となる。次で超音波発振装置3
の発振器6に通電すると、振動子8の下端の当接
面10aによつて扁平底部15に、扁平底部15
と斜交する方向の超音波振動が加えられ、扁平底
部15の内面を溶着するものである。
本発明は口部1を下方とした合成樹脂製チユー
ブ状容器2の長さ方向に対して斜交する超音波発
振装置3を形成し、支持台11上に進退自在の押
圧板14を形成し、超音波発振装置3の振動子8
の下端受板10と押圧板14との間に、合成樹脂
製チユーブ状容器2の扁平底部15を挿脱する容
器昇降装置18を形成したものであり、合成樹脂
容器2の扁平底部15に、扁平底部15と斜交す
る方向の超音波振動を加えて扁平底部15の内面
を溶着するものであるから、溶着時の超音波振動
による合成樹脂の粉体、粒体の飛散がなく、これ
らの内容物への混入もなく品質の低下を生じない
ものであり、また溶着面に内容物が付着していて
も接着強の大きい溶着ができるものであり、さら
に溶着部の外面にばりを生ぜず美麗であると共
に、溶着時間も短かく生産性の高いものであり、
しかも溶着時の磨擦雑音の発生が殆んどなく作業
環境の良好なものである。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1 口部を下方とした合成樹脂製チユーズ状容器
    の扁平底部を、超音波発振装置の振動子の下端受
    板と進退自在の押圧板との間に挾圧保持し、前記
    振動子によつて前記扁平底部に、前記扁平底部と
    斜交する方向の超音波振動を加えることを特徴と
    するチユーブ状容器の底部溶着法。 2 口部を下方とした合成樹脂製チユーブ状容器
    の長さ方向に対して斜交する超音波発振装置を形
    成し、支持台上に進退自在の押圧板を形成し、前
    記超音波発振装置の振動子の下端受板と前記押圧
    板との間に、前記合成樹脂製チユーブ状容器の扁
    平底部を挿脱する容器昇降装置を形成することを
    特徴とするチユーブ状容器の底部溶着装置。
