Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は新規なチューブ状容器の底部溶着法およびその
装置に関するものであり、溶層時にチューブ状容器を構
成する合成樹脂の粉体、粒体の飛散がなく、これらの内
容物への混入がなく、溶着面に内容物が付着していても
接着強度の大きい溶着がoT能であり、また溶着部の外
面にばシを生ぜず美麗に仕上ると共に、溶着時間も短か
く生産性の高いものであシ、シかも溶着時の雑音の発住
の殆んどないものである。
従来超音波振動による合成樹脂製チューブ状容器の底部
溶着は溶着面に直交して超音波振動を加える方法と溶着
面に平行して超音波撮動を加える方法とがあり、前者の
場合は溶着面に内容物が付着している場合溶着が不可能
か、あるいは溶着強度が弱く実用に供し得ないものであ
り、また溶着部の合成樹脂の粉末、粒体を飛散し、内容
物に混入し品質を劣化する等の欠点があり、また後者の
場合は溶着部の外面にばシを生じ、商品価値を低下し、
また溶着時に不快な磨擦音を生じ作業環境を悪化すると
共に、溶着作業時間が長く生産性の低いものである等の
欠点があったが、本発明者は種々実験研究の結果、この
ような欠点のない本発明を得たのである。
以下本発明の実施例を図面によって説明すると、内容物
を充填し、口部1を下方とした合成樹脂製チューブ状容
器2の長さ方向に対して1〜89[好ましくは10〜3
0度斜交している超音波発振装置3を支持杆4に支持腕
5t−介して回動可能に固着する。超音波発振装置3は
発振器6、増幅器7、振動子8、振動子抑え板9よりな
り、振動子8の下端に下端受板10を形成する。支持台
ll上に固着した油圧シリンダ12のピストン杆13の
先端に押圧板14を固着し、支持台11に合成樹脂製チ
ューブ状容器2の扁平底部15ヲ挿入する矩形状の透孔
16ヲ形成し、該透孔16の下面周縁傘状の案内17を
形成し、合成樹脂製チューブ状谷器2を上下に摺動する
容器昇降18を形成し、該昇降装918は油圧シリンダ
19、ピストン杆加と該ピストン杆加の上端に合成樹脂
製チューブ状容器2の肩部2aを挾持する支承部21ヲ
形成したものである。図中1Oaは下端受板10の扁平
底部15の側面と当接する当接面である。
上記のように構成した本発明は油圧シリンダ12を作動
してピストン杆13と押圧板14とを後退させると共に
容器昇降装置18の油圧シリンダ19を作動してピスト
ン杆21と支承部21とを引き下げ、支承部21に内容
物を充填した合成樹脂製チューブ状容器2の肩部2aを
挿入支持し、油圧シリンダ]9を作動してピストン杆頷
を上昇し、合成樹脂製チューブ状容器2を上昇すると、
合成樹脂製チューブ状容器2の円筒状底部は傘状の案内
17に案内されて順次扁平底部15となって透孔16よ
沙突出し、突出長が所定となったときに油圧シリンダ1
9の作動を停止すると共に、油圧シリンダI2を作動し
てピストン杆13を前進し、ピストン杆13の先端に形
成した抑圧板14を合成樹脂製チューブ状容器2の扁平
底部15に圧接し、扁平底部15の反対a1に超音波発
振装置3の振動子8の下端受板100当接面1(laK
圧接した状態となる。次で超音波発振装置j1.3の発
振器6に通電すると、振動子8の下端の当接面]Oaに
よって扁平底部15に、扁平底部15と斜交する方向の
超音波振動が加えられ、扁平底部15の内面を溶着する
ものである。
本発明は口部lを下方とした合成樹脂製チューブ状容器
2の長さ方向に対して斜交する超音波発振装置3を形成
し、支持台11上に進退自在の抑圧板14を形成し、超
音波発振装置3の振動子8の下端受板10と抑圧板14
との間に、合成樹脂製チューブ状容器2の扁平底部15
を挿脱する容器昇降装置18全形成したものであり、合
成樹脂容器2の扁平底部15に1扁平底部15と斜交す
る方向の超音波振動を加えて扁平底部15の内面を浴着
するものであるから、浴着時の超音波撮動による合成樹
脂の粉体、粒体の飛散がなく、これらの内容物への混入
もなく品質の低下音生じないものであシ、また溶着面に
内容物が付着していても接着強の大きい溶着ができるも
のであり、さらに溶着部の外面にはシを生ぜず美麗であ
ると共に、溶着時間も短かく生産性の高い本のであり、
しかも溶着時の磨擦雑音の発生が殆んどなく作業環境の
良好なものである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 L 口部を下方とした合成樹脂製チューブ状容器の扁平
    底部を、超音波発振装置の振動子の下端受板と進退自在
    の抑圧板との間に挟圧保持し、前記振動子によって前記
    扁平底部に、前記扁平底部と斜交する方向の超音波振動
    を加えることを特徴とするチューブ状容器の底部溶着法
    。 2 口部を下方とした合成樹脂製チューブ状容器の長さ
    方向忙対して斜交する超音波発掘装置を形成し、支持台
    上に進退自在の抑圧板を形成し、前記超音波発振装置の
    振動子の下端受板と前記抑圧板との間に、前記合成樹脂
    製チューブ状容器の扁平底部を挿脱する容器昇降装置を
    形成することを特徴とするチューブ状容器の底部溶着装
    置。
