は2本の管を接続するのに適した機械装置を示す図であ
る。第3a図は第2図の3a−3a線に沿って取られた
横断面図である。 第4図は本考案の管継手の他の実施態様を示す分解図で
ある。第5図は本考案の管継手を使用している熱交換器
組立体の第2の実施態様を示す平面図である。第6図は
第5図の熱交換器組立体中で用いられる管継手を示す一
部横断面の平面図である。第7図は管継手の2分の1を
含む第5図に示されている熱交換器組立体の一要素を示
す平面図である。

Claims (5)
- (1)熱伝達表面を形成するための平行な積重ね関係に
ある複数のフィンと、流体回路を形成するために前記フ
ィンを通して横に延びる複数の流体導管と、を含む熱伝
達コア要素を有するタイプの熱交換器組立体であ−っで
、少なくとも1つの管対管継手を含む熱交換器組立体に
於て、前記管対管継手における半田なし結合部を包含し
、前記半田なし結合部のところでは、前記管の一方が内
側へテーパーの付いた部位を従えた環状・ ゛の
外側へ延びる肩部を有する端部を含み、前記管の他方が
前記一方の管の端部の前記内側へテーパーの付いた部位
を受入れるための外側へ張り出した部位と前記一方の管
の端部の前記肩部の上で折り曲げられた内側へ向けられ
たフランジとを有する端部を含み、上記内側へ向けられ
たフランジが上記2つの管を一緒に固着するために上記
テーパーの付いた部位を上記張出した部位に入れてきつ
くくさび止めすることを特徴とする熱交換器組立体。 - (2)前記管対管継手をシールするために前記管の両端
の間に設けたシール装置を含むことを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の跣門弟(1)準に記載の組立体。 - (3)前記シール装置が環状シー、7t*部材を含み、
前記内側へテーパーの付いた端部が前記シール部材を受
入れるための座を含むことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第(2)項記載の組立体。 - (4)前記シール装置が、前記内側へテーパーの付いた
端部の外側表面と前記外側へ張り出した端部の内側表面
との間に、シール材料の層を含むことを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第(2)項に記載の組立体。 - (5)前記内側へテーパーの付いた端部を含む前記、
管が、前記肩部に直接に隣接して位置する少な(とも
1つの外側へ□延びる突出部を含み、前記肩部が前記内
側に向いたフランジにより取囲まれて、前記管と管の間
の相対的回転を防ぐことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第(1)項に記載の組立体。
