    造装置において、熱処理炉内部に固定し、該熱処理炉内
    の異物を吸引除去できるように、内部を中空とした排気
    機能を有する排気用レール及びウェハを移動して熱処理
    するためのはかま付きウェハ治具を備えた半導体製造装
    置。 ２　上記排気用レール及びはかま付きウェハ治具を石英
    又は多結晶シリコンで構成した実用新案登録請求範囲第
