Claims (1)
- 動脈系の通路と、前記通路と間隔を空けた静脈系の通路
と、前記動脈系通路の一端から前記静脈系通路の一端ま
で延在するバイパス導管とを画定する装置を有するエラ
ストマー材料製の本体と、前柱動脈系通路を動脈の内部
に連通させて連結する動脈系入口装置と、前記静脈系通
路を静脈の内部に連通させて連結する静脈系出口装置と
、(1)前記動脈系通路を経て前記動脈系入口装置から
流れる血液がそこから前記バイパス導管を経て前記静脈
系通路に入り次いで前記静脈出口装置の外に流れる閉止
状態と(2)前記静脈系通路を経て前記静脈系出口装置
から流れる血液が血液引出しカニユーレと前記バイパス
導管とを流過するように延在する前記血液引出しカニユ
ーレの部分の外周との間をシールする開放状態との間で
変化し得る前記エラストマー製本体内め出口弁スリット
装置と、(1)前記バイパス導管から流れ2血液がそこ
から前記静脈系通路に入り次いて前記静脈出口装置の外
に流れる閉止状態と(2)前記静脈系通路が血液返送カ
ニユーレと前記バイパス導管との双方から流れる血液を
受けるように延在する補記血液返送カニユーレの部分の
外周との間をシールする開放状態との間で変化し得る前
記エラストマー製本体内の大ロ弁スリット装置とを具備
する植込み体と相まって働く前記血液引出しカニユーレ
から前記植込み体と相まって働く前記血液返送カニユー
レまでに ゛延在する体外血液流路を得る装置と共に
用いられる植込み体において、各弁スリット装置が対向
する内表面を前記弁スリット装置が前記閉止状態にある
ときに相互契合させ前記弁スリット装置前記開放状態に
あるときに間隔を空けさせる前記エラストマー製本体内
の血管の人工器官材料製の偏平スリーブ装置と、前記の
相互契合された閉止状態に際しては前記偏平スリーブ装
置の対向表面をたわませながら片寄せてシールさせ前記
の間隔を空けた開放状態に際しては延在するカニユーレ
の部分の外周をシールさせる前記本体のエラストマー材
料によって及ぼされる片寄せに付加して作動する装置と
をそなえ、前記付加片寄せ装置が前記の相互契合された
閉止状態に際しては対向表面をシールするようにさせ前
記の間隔を空けた開放状態に際シてはカニユーレの外周
とシールするようにさせる付加的な片寄せ作用としてそ
の圧力を伝達する′ように前記偏平スリーブ装置に関連
して設けられた加圧されたたわみ性材料で充てんされた
空所を包含することを特徴とする植込み体。
