Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ■　試料台１の表面に数条の同心円状溝２乃至８を穿設
    し、最小径ウェハ１３を吸着する面積内の同心円状溝５
    乃至８内にはそれぞれ吸引孔９を設シ）、より大きい径
    のウェハ２３乃至４３を吸着する面積内の同心円状溝２
    乃至４の一つの溝には吸引孔１０を設け、各回心円状溝
    ２乃至４を縦溝１１及び１２で連結することにより、予
    め何等の作業、設定することなく試料台１にウェハを吸
    着できるようにしたことを特徴と子る半導体ウェハの吸
    着保持装置。 ２　吸引孔９が、各間心円状溝５乃至８に複数個づつ形
    成されてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の半導
    体ウェハの吸着保持装置。 ３　吸引孔１０が、同心円状溝４内に１個所形成されて
    なる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の
    半導体ウェハの吸着保持装置。 ４　縦溝」１及び１２が、吸引孔１０と同じ断面積に穿
    設されてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１、項乃至第３
    項のいずれかに記載の半導体ウェハの吸着保持装置。
