Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は製品検査や製品組立ラインに使用する搬送コン
ベアに関する。
製品や部品を搬送コンベアに乗せそ検査や組立を行なう
場合、従来では第１図−）の様に長いコンベアを使用す
るか、第１図伽）の様にカーブコンベアを使用していた
。その為、広い設置場所が必要となると共に、コンベア
の両端に製品をコンベア上に供給する者と製品をコンベ
アから降す者とが必要となる不便欠点があった。
本発明はこの様な従来搬送コンベアの不便欠点に−み、
設置場所を織らず、どちらの方向からも製品をコンベア
上に乗せた）降すことが出来、且つ製品をコンベア上に
乗せる者と降す者とを兼用させることが出来る搬送コン
ベアｔ−提供せんとするものである。
以下、本発＊＊施の一例を図面に基づいて説明すれば、
機枠（１）は下部に移動用のキャスター（２）を設ける
と共に、簡易ジヤツキ様の昇降機構（３）を設置て操作
ハンドル（４）でその高さを調節できるように１にし、
上Ｉｌに２本のベルトコンベア（５ａＸ５ｂ）　ｔ−近
接させて平行に張設し、内部にはベルトコンベア（５ａ
Ｘ６ｂ）を走行させる駆動モータ（６ａＸ＃ｂ）’を設
置する。
ベルトコンベア（ｉ＊ａＸ５ｂ）は通常の無端ベルトを
使用し、互いに近接させて平行に並列し、機枠（１）Ｋ
ｌｌ＠Ｌｆｔ駆聯ａ　−９（７ａＸ７ｂ）　Ｋ　渡りチ
各ｋ　張設する。そして、一方（！、ｂ）又は両方のベ
ルトコンベア（ＳａＸ！！ｂ）、　ｌ正逆いずれの方向
にも走行自在とするものである。
本発１１１ｔｉ斯様に、機枠（１）に２本のベルトコン
ペア（ｓａＸ５ｂ）’を近接させて平行に設置し、一方
又は両方のベルトコンベア（５ｂ）　を正逆いずれの方
向にも走行自在としてなるので、両方のベルトコンベア
（５ｍ）（５ｂ）を正方向に走行させれば、従来からあ
る過賞のベルトコンベアと同様に使用できると共に、大
型の製品や部品をも搬送できるようになシ、また一方の
ベルトコンベア（５ｍ）を他方のベルトコンベア（５ｂ
）と逆方向に走行させれば、第１図偽）伽）に示した様
な淡いコンベアやカーブコンベアを使用せずと４、製品
や部品の検査、組立ラインとして使用でき、尚且つ第２
図の如くコンベア上部にガイド（８）ｔ−設置すること
によ如一方のベルトコンベア（５ｍ）から他方のベルト
コンベア（ｓｂ）へ自動的に乗〉移らすことが出来る。
従って、本発明搬送コンベア紘その設置場所を取らず、
狭い場所で４製品中部品を乗せて検査や組立を行なうこ
とが出来ると共に、どちらの方向からも製品をコンベア
上に乗せたり降すことが出来、尚豆製品や部品をコンベ
ア上に乗せる者と降す者とを兼用させて少ない人数で必
要な検査や組よって、所期の目的を達成し得る。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 機枠に２本のベルトコンベアを近接させて平行に設置し
    、一方又は両方のベルトコンベアを正逆いずれの方向に
    も走行自在として表る事を特徴とする搬送コンベア。
