Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ステアリングホイールからの回転駆動力を操向駆動部へ
    伝達するステアリングシャフトと、同ステアリングシャ
    フトを覆う筒状コラムと、同コラムの外周に嵌合する孔
    をもったブラケットとをそなえ、塑性変形によりエネル
    ギー吸収を行なうべく、上記ブラケットの孔の内径より
    も大径のエネルギー吸収部が上記コラムに設けられると
    ともに、同エネルギー吸収部に当接して上記エネルギー
    吸収部を塑性変形させる突起部が上記ブラケットの孔の
    操向駆動部側に設けられたことを特徴とする、衝撃吸収
    式ステアリング機構。
