軸８とを、夫々に複数段のシンクロメツシュ式ギア変速
機構１０ａ、ＩＯＣと１個の流体圧式摩擦クラッチｌｌ
ａ、ｌｌｂを介装した一対の分岐伝動軸９ａ、９ｂを介
して連動連結すると共に、前記両分岐伝動軸９ａ、９ｂ
を、前記入力軸６及び出力軸８の上方に配置し、前記両
分岐伝動軸９ａ、９ｂの一方９ａを筒軸に構成してそれ
に他方の分岐伝動軸９ｂを内嵌し、かつ、前記入力軸６
