防止するようにすることを検討したが、このものでは超
音波ホーシ(7)による開熱で士セップ(3)の外#部
分の溶融樹脂が合成樹脂−(υの外周で垂れ、この垂れ
部分0によって外観全損ねてしまうものであっ之。
本発明は上記の点に鑑今てなさ7″したものでろって、
雨水の浸入を完全に−A断じた状態で脱落するおそれな
く強固に+Pツブを駆付けることかでさるパイプへの+
セップ以付構造を提供することをfllの目的とし、外
WMv慣うようなことなく超音波−肩で+PツブのC付
は全行なうことができるパイフヘの千Pツブ献付方法を
提供すること全第2の目的と−rる。
以′ト木発明を爽m例により詳述する。治具\5)の内

形成しである。金属製のパイプ(2)の91周にはポリ

このパイプ(2)の切断端部に+セップI3)を麻付け

l)の合成樹脂−(1)の外径とは略同−寸法に設定し

るように治具(5)内に挿入するもので、従っ′CCバ

ッ+シ材(IJ内周と突条部(6)上回とに囲まれる樹
脂溜シを川(8)が形成されることになる。次で治具(
5)のバッ+シ材u3の内周にてパイプ(2)の上端に
ポリ塩化ごニルなど熱可塑性の合成樹脂で形成した十P
ツブ(aJをヒツトする。ここで+Pツブ13)の外径
はバッ+シ材Uの内径とほぼ等しい寸法に形成してるる
こののち、外径をバッ+シ材0の内径と鰯等しく形成し
た超音波−滑川ホーシ(7)をバッ+シ材13の内周に
上方よシ挿入して超音波融層用ホーシ(7)で+?ツブ
・6ノに下方への押圧力を加えつつ超音e=動金与える
。するとこの振動エネルf−にょって〒Pツブ(3)と
合成樹脂11 (1)及びパイプ12)との接触lが発
熱して+Pツブ13ノと合成樹脂1@$11ノとが互い
に浴融することになり、+?・ノブ−力とせ成情脂種(
1)とが11111着される。このとさ1士?・ンプ+
3tの浴融された樹脂a合成樹脂−(υの外側へ垂れる
ことに取るが、こ8/)岳れた浴融樹脂は樹脂溜り空所
(8)に受けられることになり、また超音波融溜用小−
シVi)による加圧で+Pツラ(3)の中央部はパイプ
12>の内周にめジ込むように故人される。このように

)内に充填された溶融樹脂が固化することにより合成樹

Pツブ(3)の外周部分の垂れる樹脂が樹脂溜り空所(
8)で一部禎として成形ざnることにより、合成樹脂層
(υより外径の太さい+Pツブ通3)が取付けられたよ
うな外観を呈することになり、垂たる樹脂によって外m
を偵うよう々2それがないものでるる。
上述のように本発明のS1完例は、外周が合成樹脂1m
lで級後されたパイプの端部開口に合成樹脂のf1’ツ
ブと配役して、士?ツブの背面中天部を嵌合突部として
パイプの開口内Hに嵌合せしめるさ共にパイプ外周の甘
I!に、樹脂−と十Pツフとr全周に亘ってM層せしめ
て成るものであるから、十Pツブと合成w脂嗜との融層
によってパイプの開口は完全にシールさnることになり
、パイプ内への雨水の浸入を完全にシPツトアウトする
ことができるものであり、さらにこの融層♂嵌金欠部の
パイプ内周への嵌合Vこよって+PツブVエバイブにフ
!Ii固に敢付けられ、経時にLっても+Pツブがパイ
プより脱溶するようなおそれがないものである。
また本発明の%2弁明にあっては、外周が合成樹脂層で
液種ざJ″したパイプの上部を陶枕の后具の内周に仰入
して、治具の内周に全網に亘って突設した失栄部の内周
にパイプの合収衝脂IfIIIt密依さぞ。
パイプの上端に合成樹脂製の士?ツブをセットしてこの
士?ツブに上刃より圧力を加えつつ超音波#a!11潰
川ホーシにて士セップに超音波微動を与えてパイプの会
M、m廁着に+Pツブ茫一層Tると共にパイプの合成樹
脂層の外筒にはみ出した溶融側脂を合成樹脂層の外周、
治具の内周及び咲粂畔の土間とで囲まれて形成される樹
脂溜り′4!所内に充填ゼしのるようにしたので、十P
ツブの外周m5分で浴融しパイプの合ri、樹脂着の外
側へ垂れる樹脂は#脂溜り全所内で成形され−C+?ツ
ブの鍔部となることになり、従ってこの鍔部によつ−C
合成樹脂會より外径の太さい+Pツブがパイプに柩付け
られ′fc工うなりト観を呈することになり、垂れる樹
脂によってゲ)畿全損つようなおそれがないものである
