Abstract

PURPOSE:To generate synchronizing signal for storing in a timing quicker than the timing of a clock pulse at its output by a phase difference, by measuring a phase difference between a timing code and a clock pulse which read out the timing code. CONSTITUTION:Head signal A which has read out through a reader head 11 the timing code of a coupon ticket, turns to a clock pulse E by passing through an amplifier circuit 12, a filter circuit 13, another amplifier circuit 14 wich has a threshhold level L2, and a differentiation circuit 15. Head signal A passes through every circuit so that the clock pulse E generates a phase delay. Further, when the coupon ticket is transported in a condition in which the coupon ticket is placed in a slanted manner, there is a mechanical phase difference. The possible average value t is experimentally obtained. Writing synchronizing signal F is output when counting output is turned to be (t), by cooperation of two counters 16 and 17 and a decoder 18. The write data synchronizes with the synchronizing signal H, that is timing code MC and transmitted through FF19 to a writing head 20.
