PURPOSE:To alleviate the overcurrent of a motor driven generator at the starting time and to improve the controlling accuracy of the generator at the rated speed by outputting deviation between the output of a wide speed detector and the output of an integrated and the deviation between the output of a narrow speed detector and the output of a rated speed setting unit via a low value priority circuit. CONSTITUTION:A rated speed controlling circuit 3B produces the maximum output at the starting time, and a low value priority circuit 6 applies the deviation between the output of a wide speed detector 1A and the output of an inte- grator 5A gradually increasing to a power amplifier 4. When the speed of a motor driven generator reaches the vicinity of the rated speed, the controlling circuit 3B produces higher output, and the deviation between the output of a narrow speed detector 1B outputted from the controlling circuit 3B and the output of a rated speed setting unit 2B becomes small.
