Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the time required for acceleration and deceleration of the motor by a method wherein a controlling circuit is provided in such manner that a current controlling value is increased when the motor is driven at a low speed and the value is reduced when driven at a high speed, thereby allowing to flow a high power when a low-speed driving is performed while an excess current protection is being contrived. CONSTITUTION:A current command circuit 3 is inserted between a speed controlling amplifier 2, with which a speed command value (e) and a speed feedback value ef are comparatively amplified, and a current controlling amplifier 4 to be used for comparative amplification of a current commanding value and a current feedback value. In this current commanding circuit 3, the absolute value of the speed feedback value ef and a reference speed value nref are compared, the amount of deviation is amplified and a signal ep is obtained only when ¦ef¦ is larger, and is outputted using the deviation between the ep and the current limiation set point iL as the positive and negative limited values LP and LN. Then the output ic, LP and LN from the speed controlling amplifier 2 are compared at the limitation circuit 38 and a current commanding signal ic' is outputted using the LP and LN as the limitation value
