Abstract

In this state, a storage data inputted to the memory 1h through the memory 1e is stayed in the memory 1e for a set time, before it is transferred to the memory 1h, and also a storage data outputted through the memory 1e from the memory 1h is stayed in the memory 1e for a set time before releasing a storage area of the memory 1e.
