Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent solidification and clogging of congealable gas at the jetting part by heating the gas jetting tube by a heating tube and providing an inlet of a heat exchanger on the side opposite to the inlet of the gas jetting tube.
CONSTITUTION: Gas supplied from a mixed gas inlet nozzle 4 is jetted from many holes provided in a jetting tube 13. To prevent solidification and clogging of jetted congealable of at the jetting part, a heating tube 9 is provided in the jetting tube 13, and an inlet nozzle 6 of a heat exchanger for cooling, solidifying and collecting gas is installed in the direction opposite to the inlet of the jetting tube 13. Accordingly, the part most easily cooled is the gas discharge nozzle 5 side in this case, and there is no possibility of solidification and clogging of the gas jetting tube 13. Since the gaseous mixture is jetted uniformly from many holes, it is cooled and solidified in the cold trap and the amount to be collected is increased.
